This house is great. Has a walking trail in the neighborhood. Has a great game room in basement. Several rooms on main floor with all the bedrooms upstairs. Two bathrooms and showers both upstairs with a small bathroom on the main floor. Kitchen was also great. Very nice house. Would for sure stay here again

We stayed for 8 days over the Christmas Holiday. The owner was fast to respond and very dedicated to making our trip a successful one. His property offers lots of space to unwind to help make our Holiday special. That included putting up a Christmas tree in the house upon our request. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable located near shops and a movie theater on the south side of town. We had snow during the trip and the owner was very quick to act and keep our driveway and walkways clear while we stayed comfortable inside. The kitchen was well stocked with two sitting areas to enjoy our home cooked meals. We will look for this house again to provide our future stays in Rochester a comfortable one. Our group had an amazing time here, this home is very beautiful, clean, spacious and our location was perfect. We couldn’t ask for a better host, Phil made sure we had everything we needed and was always there when we called, we also had left a few items and our host was nice enough to overnight it back to us. What more can I say our experience was incredible.

I initially chose this home due to the size. With my father being admitted into the St. Mary hospital, we were expecting family members to come visit, and with Covid policies enforced, we needed a gathering place. This house became our home away from home. With its large gathering spaces, the basement gaming room, the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for all family members to feel relaxed and comfortable in a stressful situation. Phil is amazing! He is quick to respond and he made sure that we were taken care of. We extended our stay twice and he was so accommodating to our wishes. We also required his assistance at the home and he responded at the door within 10 minutes. The home is situated in a very nice neighborhood, with very pleasant neighbors, and has a beautiful back yard with walking path, that is right next to the house. The location is close to a Target, a gas station, McDonalds, and is about a 10 minute drive to the Mayo campuses. I would stay here again!!

Owner is very responsive. Property met all our needs. Location not too far from Mayo Clinic but far enough to be peaceful and relaxing after long days.

Great location for heading down to Harmony to view some of the fall colors, and check out Niagara Cave. The kids absolutely loved the game room in the basement getting up early to play air hockey. Phil was an awsome host checking in throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Would definitely stay again.

Phil was very accommodating and extended our stay twice. Checking on us often. House is in a nice neighborhood great for walks especially after long day at Mayo. Plenty of space. Nice back deck newer appliances. Guests can also park in 2 car garage which was helpful. 15 minutes to Mayo. 5 minutes to Super Target for groceries. Thanks Phil

Well situated property with a very conducive layout for our family to enjoy.

My four children, ages 3-13, have declared our stay in Rochester “the best vacation ever.” This property was so clean and spacious with generous supplies of the essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins. The basement area was a favorite hangout complete with air hockey and fuse-ball, as was the deck which offered space to eat or just a place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors so friendly. The park down the path as well as the go kart track just a few miles away offered daily doses of fun for everyone. Be sure not to miss Thursdays downtown as well as the farmers market for additional fun during your stay.

The house was great for the five adults. The two king beds were great. Every couple had their own bathroom. The common area off the kitchen was great for getting together for evening snacking and tv watching. The house was a great for our group. Very clean and spacious rooms. The host responded quickly to any questions. Walking path was a nice surprise.

The house & neighborhood are very relaxing. A short drive from Mayo Clinic and a great place to unwind after long days of testing at the hospital.

We had to go to Mayo for Drs appointments. This house was incredible for the needs of this. It was clean, and very easy access. The house is big enough for people to have their space away if needed. Has a large basement with all kinds of games that kids and adults can play. Pool table, air hockey bumper pool, and box games. The house is about 15 mins away from Mayo, jump on 63 and it takes you right to Mayo. The owner checked on us everyday to see any and all of ours needs were meant. Very nice neighborhood. Can’t say enough about the house and location. Would stay again without a second thought.

We enjoyed the property and manager. It is a quiet neighborhood.

A group of us rented the home for a long weekend to relax and were not disappointed. The home is quite spacious with comfortable bedrooms and an excellent rec room with pool, air hockey, and foosball. There’s a huge deck attached to the home that receives a lot of sunlight, so if you’re interested in sunbathing, bring one of those collapsible beach chairs and you’ll be set. Phil was in regular contact from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed, so you’ll be in good hands if you stay here.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of sleep space and a lovely backyard.

This property was great for our family getaway. The house has many amenities and the owner was very helpful and communicative.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful home with 2 other couples and we had a blast! The home was very clean and very spacious! The owner stayed in contact with us and made sure we were well taken care of! If your looking for place where you can just relax and still have fun with great entertainment, this is the for sure place to be at! Your not too far from other activities that would like to do! You may drive 10-15 mins max but that’s not a problem! Otherwise, there is pool table, foosball table, air hockey, and other board games you can do while you are there! There are great living areas where you can feel cozy, and just be at a peace of mind! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay, choose this home! You will not regret it!

The property owner is very hospitable. There is a lot for families to do at the house. There is a jogging path, with a playground a short distance away, following the path. A pool table, an air hockey table, a foosball table, lots of board games, a nice big yard, and lightning bugs to catch at night. There is plenty of space for a large family, or several adults. It’s only a few minutes to groceries, gas, restaurants, and 15 min to the Mayo Clinic. It is a very friendly neighborhood, and quite a comfortable home!

I rented this house so we could all stay together near our Mom for a Christmas gathering weekend. Overall, the house was clean and very nice.

Spacious. Big enough for 6 workers. Very flexible scheduling. We will stay again at this location the next time we are in the area.

This is a great home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is quite lovely, the game room in the basement is a great amenity! Beds were very comfortable. We stayed here 2 nights for Thanksgiving weekend, my husband and I and our daughter and son-in-law. Our other daughter and her boyfriend joined us for a Thanksgiving meal. The house is great space for families. A couple of notes; there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one in the basement. So, not a home for people who don’t want to go up and down stairs. There were a lot of beautiful plants and glass decor items, so maybe people with small children would find that to be a challenge. A big surprise- two bedrooms with king-sized beds! That is very rare in a VRBO home. This house was perfect for what we needed - a home away from home for a holiday gathering with our adult children (alas, not blessed with grandchildren just yet.)
