we traveled to AZ for some spring training. Overall, the house was solid. The outside patio had some water damage in the ceiling, but everything else was good. Everything worked, located in quiet area, no issues at all. Would rent again.

Staying at this property was peaceful. Watching golfers in the morning, lounging around, whatever we wanted to do at the house we were able to do. Plenty of room for kids to run around. Definitely would rent again.

Location is convenient to shops. Really like the interior size and patio areas as well as being on the golf course. Home needs a deep cleaning ie, ceiling fan and corners, etc. patio blinds need repair and kitchen drawers need to be cleaned and better organized.

This was a great little house for our family in a quiet little end court street that backed up to a golf course. It had easy access to everything we wanted to do in Mesa, Scottsdale, and Phoenix.

The property was easy to find. Mother nature made a grand appearance so the garage was much appreciated. Everything was stocked and conveniently accessible. Roomy keeps coming to mind. I could stretch out to relax without feeling like we were in each others way. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using Vrbo and I tell you what it was awsome, the house and property are in a quiet neighborhood and very comfortable. The only hiccup I had was with my booking it was kind of confusing but Ms Lindsay Baker kept in contact with me and helped me thru the process we will definitely be using Vrbo again!!

We were surprise when we were not asked about renting for next year. We were going to stay but when you rent Feb that is kind of misses things up.
The lights did not work out on the patio,
Patios furniture needs to be replaced. The umbrella is really shot. Other than that we

It beats staying in a hotel any day
Very comfortable home and the kitchen was very well supplied with everything needed to cook your own meals. The neighborhood was nice and very clean. We spoke with the neighbors on both sides of the house, both were very friendly. A plus for me the back yard butts up to the 5th hole of the Painted Mountain golf course. We would definitely stay again when we visit Phoenix

Dishwasher was not working properly so all dishes had to be re-washed before using. Kitchen was not conducive to cooking a meal. The rest of the property was comfortable.

Beautiful townhouse on the golf course
The property was beautifully decorated, quiet, and situated on a nice property backing to a golf course. We stayed for about 3 months and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property manager was very friendly and helpful offering us options to change the length of our stay on two occasions. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay!
Our stay was pleasant. Facilities were comfortable and everything we needed. Would definitely consider a return; the area was perfect. Only issue is that it has been over 10 days since our check out and still have not gotten our deposit refunded. The facility was left totally unharmed and spotless, just as we found it on arrival. Great property, very responsive host, very clean and secure location
My family stayed here for a week and the property was perfect for a family of four. My wife and and I had business meetings all day the first two days over Zoom and one of our children was doing college classes on Zoom all week without any problems. The location is perfect, a 2 minute drive to Sprouts grocery store, the 202 freeway and an excellent Thai restaurant (5R Cha Thai). It is also quiet and feels very secure. It is the best place we’ve rented in Mesa (out of four locations).

What a great place
This home was cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the tools we needed, and the back patio was dreamy first thing in the morning. The property manager was so easy to work with and super responsive, we appreciated the communication. We hope it’s available next time we are in town.

Overall-This place is a decent, well maintained home to stay. We had everything we needed, and everything is there. The beds are awesome! A very comfortable night's sleep. It's nice inside and out, but the home could use a decor update to take it to the next level-it's a bit dated. But if that is not a concern, a great place to stay.

The Best VRBO experience
Stayed for a month wish I could of stayed longer it was the best VRBO experience I've had. House was on point everything I needed was at the house. Quiet neighbor hood with a house right on the golf course couldn't of asked for anything else. Property management was truly a 5 star host if I had any questions they were always there for me. I would stay again and again at this property is I had the chance again. Thank you Lindsay Baker for making my stay truly the best VRBO experience I've ever had!!
