Room size was good. Location is average. Far from Haram. they have shuttle from Hotel to Jamarath parking area. From there, you have to take bus to go to Haram. Price is very reasonable.

Check in process was terribly messed up. they made me wait an hour before preparing my room. Language was a barrier as well. Hotel Wifi is useless.

- The receptionist wanted to take more money than what i should pay as he did not know what my rate is and after arguing him, he called someone else for rate inquiry. - Room card couldn't open the room door twice upon check in as the card was not programmed well and i was forced to go back again to the reception to reprogram it. - Upon check in the receptionist told me that i have to check out on the same day at 18:00 as per the hotel's standards and he has not been convinced until i showed him that my reservation on booking.com is for one night and i can check out next day. - One of the house keeping staff knocked the door (for nothing), and when i opened the door he just stared at me and left - Hotel's parking still under construction and couldn't be used. - Staff needs to be trained.

parking available .. room was big and everything was in working condition .. One Bengali worker Saif Ullah was very helpful.

It took me around 30 minutes at reception to get the room. room was still not cleaned and I had to take it uncleaned because they said it will take another 30 minutes to clean. I was coming late to the hotel so I called them like 20 times to inform but no one picked up the call.

Room booking of 4 beds, provided with 3 beds room, on complain, reception said"we don't have room, she is only accountant, not responsible for other things, also washroom door not closing, difficult to find taxi in that area for masjid al haram
