Recommend the room with the terrace. The place in general is a lovely setting surrounded by vineyards. It is an expensive taxi (€25 each way) to get into the centre of Epernay if you're wanting to enjoy a few drinks with dinner, but if you get take out and eat on the terrace it's a lovely way to have the best of both worlds. Lovely french breakfast.

The location was fantastic: close to all nice villages, splendid view as soon as you walked out of the door. Really in the heart of the Champagne. Very clean house and friendly owner.

Luisa was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also perfect - I don't normally take photos but on this occasion I did and have posted here. I would definitely recommend and also stay again.

This is a little 3-bedroom pension attached to the owner's house. Two bedrooms are on the main floor and the one with air-conditioning is up a difficult flight of stairs. Louisa, the owner, was extremely accommodating. The three of us (my husband, a friend, and myself) had the entire unit to ourselves. Breakfast was different on the two days we stayed; one day she made us a quiche. The first night she walked us down to a neighbor who had a tasting room for his champagnes. We sat with him and sampled several of his creations. Superb! Louisa spoke minimal English but with Google Translate we were able to communicate pretty well. This place is off the beaten path but well worth the trip.

Air conditioning would have been nice on the main level of the house. With a bit of rain, the rooms got a bit damp.

Jeanne is a wonderful hostess who was able to intuit our every preference and need though we spoke no French. Her place is immaculately clean. Every day the abundant breakfast was slightly different. When she deduced that we like cheese she offered 3 different kinds and explained what part of France they came from. We also liked the location up on a hill with beautiful views and down the block from a lovely old church.

Alles was perfect, kamer, bed, ontbijt, ligging. Super adres!!

Very nice place and very friendly host. Louisa is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is great, in a very calm environnement. We fand the bed and the pillows very confortable. Bathroom is new and modern. All the place has been recently beautifully renovated. We really didn't miss anything. We recommand this B&B.

Can be warm during hot weather

Nice rooms - with a common area where breakfast was served. It is a complete kitchen with all amenities. The beds were execllent. Breakfast was good: croissants, bread, jam, yoghurt, ...

There was no manual or inidcation for the TV. We could at first not figure out how it worked. Same for working of the shower - very clean and neat though.

Not your typical French breakfast with fresh quiche and/or cheeses and/or pastry on top of the usual, but very good jam. Got some nice pointers for restaurants and producers to visit.

Everything was, in fact, better than we expected. The previous guests who had rated this property highly had been spot-on in their assessment.

This chambres d’hotes is in the heart of the champagne tourist route with the most marvellous panoramic view from outside the gate over champagne fields. It is a small cottage attached to Madame’s own with a central very well equipped kitchen shared between the two ground floor rooms. Everything is very clean and plentiful. Madame upgraded us as we were the only guests that night so had a room with a private outdoor terrace which caught the evening sun. Beautiful. Excellent breakfast. I would imagine that you would have to share the kitchen table if other guests had been there, which you may or may not like. We would definitely stay again if in this fabulous area and recommend. Excellent value for money.

Everything was really nice. Fresh breakfast, could be a bit more but for us it was more than fine.

The owner is very kind and has some good tips for visiting the area. It is a real joy to have breakfast in the garden in front of the house. Breakfast itself is plenty and good! There's a fridge to cool your drinks/food if necessary. Rooms are clean and proper. Another big plus is the small champagne-farm next-door (Andre Tissier). The owner is relaxed and it's a pleasure to do some tasting there, really good champagne.

You definitely need a car to get to a restaurant at night (Epernay is 10 min away). But that's not really a problem, just so you know.

Great location, stunning view over the vineyards with the little church on top and at the same time it was a great location to go around or have a meal in Epernay. Ideal place if you are travelling by car or motorbike. Our room was finely furnished and good size, very quiet and the bed really comfy. Breakfast was really good, quality products and fresh coffee and tea made by Louisa. Totally recommended, we loved our stay!

Everything was perfect. The location is beautiful, the owner went out of her way to serve as a little dinner, and the breakfast was rich and thoughtful, most organic things, and a wide range things, including fresh croissants, and cakes.

wonderful area between vineyards and a small quite village. Very delicious Champagne from the neigberhood. Luisa was great, everything was super clean and she helped us with tips for our trip! Perfect B&B!

This was one of the best places that I have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful host, it was incredibly well equipped with everything you would need. The bathroom, bedroom and kitchen were spotlessly clean and have been finished to a high standard. The location of this property is stunning, set among the vineyards and countryside yet close enough to the necessary amenities. It was peaceful and easy to find, the perfect place to stay!
