Beautiful, spacious, clean

The glass door into the front area could not be locked.

The house was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our group of 12.

Walking distance to all the local in town areas. Great location!

No hot water!!

Nothing, terrible place and service all around. They are attempting to put their problems on a family.

Checked in July 1st to stay through July 4th. Upon arrival found the place filthy and not anywhere close to how it’s advertised. On July 2nd I went to put our 8 month old’s bottle in the fridge on the top floor at 5:06 pm and noticed water coming out of the mechanical room at a rapid pace. I notified them via WhatsApp of the water issue. 23 minutes later I noticed water coming out of the walls and running right over electrical components. I let them know again this is urgent and to remedy asap. A plumber showed up and notified us of a fire risk given the velocity of water running my a live current. At 7 pm they informed us we need to leave so. We were forced to pack in the dark with our 8 month old & find alternative lodging for the remainder of our stay. They wouldn’t even cover the taxi or any other expenses occurring directly as a result of their error. Additional they are trying to charge me for a water leak-clearly their issue as I did not step foot in the mechanical room. Very sketchy and a terrible run business. It’s not my fault short cuts were made in constructing this home. Save yourself the stress and stick to a hotel or a newer, well built home on the south side of the island. What’s disturbing is if I wouldn’t have gone upstairs when I did. If this would have occurred a few hours later when we were sleeping a fire could have killed us all. A risk I will never take again.

we happened to be there the hottest weekend of the year only issue was the 3rd floor where the kitchen area was is open air so did get hot at times.

I love the location, absolutely the best place to stay.

Hmm that I didn’t get to stay longer and had to leave paradise

We did not stay at our original reservation. They said there was an issue and moved us to a house on the other end of the Island. I specifically picked the North end and did not want to stay on the south end. The house was beautiful and had amazing views, but it was not complete. The pool was not even full, the water had a lot of issues.

Location, no hot or even warm water, no water the first day we arrived. The service was not good. They did not refill our towels, water container , toilet paper , coffee. I would text them and get no response. We have to spend extra money to get from one end of the Island to the other.

the place is absolutely beautiful. In a great location for beach, dinner, shopping and much more.

Only thing i have a slight complaint about is the kitchen. It's located on the 3rd floor and has an open concept. Awesome for some but just not for us. Is not lacking on any appliances though so that was a plus.
