Perfect location! Only 1 minute walk to the one of the best public beach in Dubai with Burj Al Arab view. The stuff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel and the room was very clean.

Their parking space is limited so be sure they have space for your car before you arrive. I would like to order food to my room but the restaurant was closed.

Stylish and comfortable/ near the beach/ well lit/provision of beach stuff/fridge/magnifying mirror very nice staff.

Friendly very late check-in (5.30 am instead of 1.30 am in the morning) when our flight was delayed. Very close to people we were visiting. A stone's throw away from the beach. Our balcony (on the picture above) had a great view. We like the personal, small scale of the hotel. Well equipped for coffee, tea, ironing, hairdryer etc. Happy to use the proposal not to change bed linnen every day.

The Jumeirah Street is a very busy street (24/24, 7/7) and the sealing of the sliding doors on the balcony is poor. Hence, a lot of traffic noise comes through. The storage space in our room was insufficient. The wardrobe is too small. Three tiny drawers. The width of clothes hangers does not fit in the wardrobe. It is not deep enough. For a six-days stay we couldn't empty our suitcases completely and hang all our clothes.

It is very very good value for money - great location very close to beach walk - large room and great airport shuttle for only 200 DHS.

Hotel was located at a good place. Staff was friendly. Small cafe instead of Restaurant absolutly sufficient. Near beach also a good option. Room was clean and large (but only room).

Room was large - but bathroom very small. View outside to a wall (not nice). Sometimes cloak-smell at the room, they just fighted with a spray (so not a really good solution). Jaccuzzi looks nice at the pic, but the surrounding could be decorated more lovely. So more a Jaccuzzi, to show it in the advertisment.

Sehr gute Lage, nah am Strand und von da aus mit E-Fahrrad, E-Roller oder Taxi alles erreichbar. Burj al Arab ganz nah. Toller Blick. Zimmer sauber und groß. Sehr nett eingerichtet. Netter Balkon mit seitlichen Blick auf den Strand. Nette Mitarbeiter.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer sehr stark gefahrenen Straße und das Zimmer ist nicht Schallisoliert. Das heißt man hört ständig den Verkehr und in der Nacht bekommt man dadurch keinen erholsamen Schlaf. Man wacht immer wieder von aufheulenden Motorengeräusche auf.

The staff were friendly but the booking was challenging as the CC expired. I felt the staff attitude while securing payment was not welcoming.

Restaurant was under mew ownership and not part of hotel which was difficult but not damaging.

Отличный отель для пляжного отдыха. Отзывчивый персонал. Чистые просторные номера. Практически на пляже (1-2 мин.). Пляж тихий, ухоженный, море чистое... Уборка номеров каждый день, меняют полотенца, чай\кофе, не жалеют воды (каждый день ставили чуть больше бутылок чем мы расходовали)

Proximité avec la plage

Assez loin de tout sauf de la plage. Hôtel très bruyant, très mal insonorisé. Bruit de circulation, bruit des moteurs de la climatisation + porte communicante entre ma chambre et une autre ( avec des personnes très bruyantes = obligé de me plaindre à 3h du matin)

Great location and beautifully decorated.

There was no restaurant as advertised - complete false advertising and only an empty space where a restaurant used to be. No option to dine anywhere on the property or order room service. They didn’t even have cutlery, only flimsy plastic forks. The room we booked had extremely loud and excessive noise from the aircon units directly above the room 205. It was so harsh that our bed vibrated.

Overall, it is a beautiful boutique hotel with many positives, including its prime location, excellent check-in process, and quietness.

I noticed the hot water is not stable and coming out rusty brown , which was quite off-putting. Additionally, accessing the underground parking is quite challenging, especially if you have a larger car. This aspect could definitely use improvement.

Good place to stay for work and there are nice restaurants nearby . Also breakfast was good , however its chargeable was not included as part of the stay . Nice little stroll to beach in evening which is added bonus

The restaurant is closed and not available At the G01 room, the toilet seat must be fixed, and when using the Coffeemaker and Electric Kettle, the coaches are going out. They should check all, and no insects must be there. Hope they should maintain the cleanliness. 😊
