We had a nice stay at this location. The owner is responsive and easy to work with. Air conditioning and all mechanical aspects of the property worked very well. Very short walk to the beach (2 short blocks) with a convenience store, a couple low key outdoors bars, etc. directly along the walk. Very safe area, and we actually had a medical emergency while at the property. Fire apparatus is directly across the street and EMS were on site very quickly. We enjoyed the property and accommodations, and highly recommend.

This property offers everything for a perfect family getaway. The location is central to nightlife, restaurants, shops and fun while at the same time in a nice quiet spot. The beach is super close and the property has plenty of beach equipment and towels. The rooftop hot tub was a huge hit for family fun in the evenings. All in all...a great vacation!

All steak and other cutting knives have RUST on them. Small areas which indicates I think some carelessness in not replacing them. Speaks poorly and I’d be somewhat embarrassed about that if it was my property.

We had a group of couples get together for a long weekend here. The place was perfect for all of us and was in a great location! The weather was not very good as storms flew in everyday but we made the best of it. Luckily the hot tub was available for the small windows that it didn’t rain on us. Lots of shops bars and restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be back.

4 Siblings gathered in this townhouse in Clearwater and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, an easy walk to beach, stores, bars and restaurants. Mary, the manager was very easy to deal with & we were even able to get into the rental a bit early. The views from the rooftop deck are spectacular & we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening sipping wine. We are in the area often and would rent it again.

4 adults and 3 kids ages 3,3,6 fit comfortably. Cozy location with playground and beach and community pool right across the street! About 0.5-1 mile walk to round about with Pier, other activities. Overall awesome stay and location!

This place is perfectly situated between the beach and bay. The rooftop views are fantastic and a great place to start and end your day. It was accurately described. Highly recommend!

We had 2 families stay here. Four adults and 3 kids. It was perfect!! We will definitely be back!

The location doesn't get much better, it's a few steps to the beach, restaurants and shops but still quiet and family friendly with a playground right across the street. This condo has the best bed set-up for our family with 2 Bedrooms with King beds and 2 Bedrooms with bunk beds. The owner Mary was very responsive to our requests!

This property worked out very well for our large group. The location is just one short block from the beach, restuarants and shops. The rooftop with hot tub was the hightlight and a great hangout for the guys. We all enjoyed our stay!

We used this property for a 25-year reunion and it was perfect. Would highly recommend this property to anyone! Will definitely visit again!

For our group, it was a great location and had more than enough room :) Would definitely consider if staying with a group our size or larger (we had 6 adults). We loved the rooftop and having views of Intracoastal and Gulf of Mexico to enjoy our coffee. As is typical for us, we didn't spend much time in the home, but it was quite comfortable. A couple of considerations for guests-You should use caution exiting the driveway and go at an angle, especially if you have a hitch, or a low profile car. Although it doesn't look steep, apparently it is, LOL! And for groups that have people that have difficulty with steps and have issues with elevators, you may want to look elsewhere. But you won't have these amenities ;) The hosts were very responsive. The home had plenty of towels, came with all linens, and even had more than enough toilet paper and paper towels for our group. There was coffee and coffee filters, as well!

This was the first family vacation we had taken since our three grandchildren were born. The townhouse was within walking distance to the beach, park, restaurants. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great place to stay for a large group. Lots of stairs to climb but there is an elevator option. Host was very quick to respond to questions.

We have been coming to Clearwater Beach for over 8 years with age groups ranging from 74yrs -3 yrs old and all were very pleased with location to the beach, bars/restaurants and the pier. The property was very clean and spacious. It allowed for "alone time" as the kiddos say! Lol The elevator was great for those not so athletically inclined. The park across the street was great for my 2 fur babies and kids enjoyed it also. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We really enjoyed staying here. The set up was perfect for our two families and 5 total kids. Everyone had their own bed. It's easy walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants including Frenchy's, beach rentals, and the pier. The house had everything you need for the beach: towels, umbrellas, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and even an wagon. The renters communicated quickly and provided plenty of information about the rental and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend!

I honestly could not say enough about our stay. It was absolutely fantastic. Mary was so attentive to all my messages before and during our stay. The condo was just a street away from the beach and the Pavilion Restaurant/bar which was so convenient for our group! Mary had towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and so much more extras for our group to enjoy. I could not recommend the condo enough, the pictures don’t do I justice!! Thank you for everything!

Plenty of room for 7 people. Couldn't find an electric kettle and when I emailed Mary she had one delivered the next day which was great. Everyone enjoyed their stay there.

We had an amazing stay at an amazing location. Mary and Jessica were great hosts who were very accommodating and would respond very quickly to any questions. We will definitely be returning. We would suggest bringing more plasticware and hand towels, but other than that it already has everything you need.
