From its general features to the details this property is wonderful. We used the home to house several family members and it was the base for a week of wedding fun. The bedrooms are all wonderful. The bathrooms exceptional - never had a better shower. The Jacuzzi, lawn games, outdoor bar and kitchen are all super. Add to that ping pong, a cinema room, lots of outdoor sitting, a nature walk right to the beach and an outdoor shower. To top off the owner is so personal and helpful. Awesome all around.

By far, Rick’s home is one of the nicest vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Rick was incredibly warm and welcoming. He made us feel very comfortable staying in his home.

Rick was a great host and met with us on arrival. He showed us where everything was and how everything worked and had detailed instruction manuals on hand to refer to (including how to use the TV, games consol etc). Thoughtfully he and his wife had a food hamper and some beers ready and waiting for us. The place was really amazing and there was so many options of activities to do on the property including table tennis which was perfect for a rainy day. The car with the property made it easy to go and get supplies.

Waiheke excellence
Truly exceptional property. Rick and Megan were incredible hosts and made our experience magical. The property was BEAUTIFUL and a wonderful place for myself and my friends to ring in the new year. This property is absolutely stunning. It is obvious the owners have put an immense amount of thought and attention to detail into it. We loved that Rick personally greeted us on arrival and gave us the rundown of the property. We are still buzzing from our time here and will definitely be back again in the future!

This property well exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful and clean, beds were really comfortable, house was well equipped and the spa, bar and theatre were all amazing. However the real highlight of the property is the hosts, they have put so much thought and detail into the property from a lovely tour upon arrival, welcome platter and wine/beer, fresh cut flowers, beautiful room accessories and so much more it really felt like a luxurious break not just renting someone’s house. I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Didn't want to leave
The whole experience could not be faulted. The house, amenities, location, comfort etc was outstanding. The extras provided by the wonderful hosts just added to what was a fantastic weekend for us and our adult family. We didn't want to leave.

A truly beautiful home to stay at. Amazing location, beautiful views. Peaceful surroundings. All the mod cons and more. Lovely walk down through landscaped gardens to a private beach. Amazing movie room! Did not want to leave ! Thoroughly recommend :)

This is a welcoming recently renovated immaculate home with wonderful amenities. Close to town, lovely views, walk to beach, chef's kitchen, cmfortable bedrooms, fun spa and outside space. A perfect home for our Christmas vacation.

We loved how every bedroom was luxurious, beds are super comfy and every detail is taken care of.
The spa, Le Shed and the movie room were all fantastic. Beautiful furnishings and art in every room and a wonderful welcome hamper and many extras not noted in the listing.

For our family it could not have been better ( comprising of 6 adults and 4 children all under 6 years). The facilities were first class and amenities were more than we ever expected. The hospitality offered was exceptional and we had little need to leave home.

Outstanding location and extremely clean with the whole grounds beautifully kept. Close to plenty of activities but quiet enough to really enjoy the surrounding bush. Lovely views over Oneroa. House is set up really well for entertaining as well.
