The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great; you got to select what you wanted from a menu and it was delivered to your room.

We were very disappointed with the view from our room. The room featured on their website was not what was delivered. The view of the caldera was obstructed by the awnings and umbrellas of the restaurant right across from the front porch. If you stay here, be sure to stay away from room 6 due to the obstructed views.

Spectacular location on top of the caldera. The rooms are equipped well and the terrace furniture is comfortable for long evenings with a fantastic view. The host and all the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast choices are great and everything comes freshly prepared for you. Overall what you get for your money is fantastic considering the fact that you are in Anne of the best locations of the island with outstanding views. We would definitely stay here again.

The music of the bar across the street is discreet but sounds like lift music for some times.

Good location - but on the top of a hill and windy. shutters and windows banged all night in the wind. Room: Large room and great patios, but patios needed furniture to sit and enjoy the view in different sunlight

Breakfast was Great! Large selection and delivered to your balcony at stated time with a smile. Loved Ria and her co- manager, Tasos. Always smiling, always helpful. Was on street level so didn’t have to trudge up and down the mountainous stairs as in many of the local hotels. Lovely Caldera view. Also, easy walk into the center of Imerovigli. Not far from Fira either. The rooms also had a kitchenette with coffee maker so we could make early morning and mid- afternoon coffees.

Hmm… just the bed could have been a bit more comfy and faucet in the bathroom protruded forward over sink so floor would wet easily when one washed.

The place had a very good view with amazing breakfast options. The pool was also very nice especially on a hot day.

The view is stunning! From the top balcony you get a panoramic view of the whole island. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the free breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed the pool and the space around the apartment, it has seats on the opposite side of the Caldera view, over the coastline

We booked a maisonette and the upstairs bedroom does not have a full height ceiling so it was difficult for my son to sleep up there who is over 6 feet tall. I struggled and I am 5.6 feet. We kept banging our heads. Also steps going up to it would not be suitable for young children. Accommodation was a bit dated for the price paid. But overall I would recommend to friends and family

Spectacular location and view from balcony (immediately off the path from Fira to Oia, and a few minutes from Skaros Rock trail. Room was small, but sufficient to house a family of 4 comfortably. Made-to-order breakfast was delivered to the room and was outstanding. Owner was very friendly, attentive and informative.

the owner is amazing, super helpful! he offered us a bottle of Prosecco as it’s our honeymoon 🥰 helped us to rent a car, to organize our stay… and the studio is great 😊

The service provided by the staff was phenomenal. Breakfast was just superb and delivered right to our room.

All staff were very accommodating and friendly, rooms were cleaned every day, nice seating areas around the hotel.

We felt that the photos of the view online were deceiving, we paid extra for a room with a Caldera view, however all we could see was the bar across the road. There is a view from the roof of the building, but we did not have the view indicated by the photos for the room we chose. The bathroom floods badly anytime the shower turns on, there is only 1 section of shower screen which does not seal properly and the area right near the shower head is open, we constantly had a pool of water in the bathroom. While the location of the hotel is nice being in a quieter area of the major centers, Public transport was a huge issue we found, you have to catch 2 buses to get to Oia, one which comes every hour and the other which comes every 30 minutes, going anywhere that wasn’t walking distance was very inconvenient (this is no fault of the hotel, but something to be aware of when booking this location). We were also charged city tax when we pre-paid for the booking and then charged again by the property.. not sure if this is correct as we haven’t been double charged anywhere else. Upon departing the hotel, they organized us a transfer to the port for 30 Euro, this was outsourced to a very unprofessional company with a driver who was driving dangerously and obviously appearing frustrated.

We loved the sunrise and sunset from both the back and the front of the property! the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind to us throughout our stay. They did their very best to try to accommodate our vegan diet with breakfast each morning.

The shower did not have a door and the floor of the bathroom got all wet. The location is a little out of the way from major sites so you need to rent a car. But this is not their fault!
