The staff at the counter. The pool was awsome and the beatch right the pool. Room was really nice and cute. My mojito and the pina colada were great, also bartender was good

Breakfast was not good and the staff that serve breakfast not helpful at all.

The facilities, room and food were good.

I booked this hotel with all taxes included. I’ve book in the past and they all either included all in the price or tell you pay taxes at the property. However, this place charged us double tax which in Colombian pesos for a national is a lot of money and instead of trying to give a solution they blame the guest. If you are a hotel that has been in the business for so many years you should be clear with all your fees in every platform and at least take responsibility for your mistake. Never staying here because of this hidden and unclear fees.

The breakfast was delicious, everything was good.

The pool area was awesome. very well taken care of. Lobby is very clean and smells good. Pool area was the best thing.

Room smelled like humidity. The beach is horrible in this location. Elevators smell funky and dirty. The restaurant knew about my gluten allergy and assured me what I was eating was gluten free and after I was eating it already, the came back said Im sorry, thats not gluten free. But dont worry we wont charge you for the meal. I now am suffering still the poisoning effects.
