Bicycle to rent for nearby areas was great! Staff were patient and helpful with questions.
Bathroom had lack of a good ventilation fan.

Friendly, tidy, and clean rooms. On the first floor is a manga library, where you can pick whatever manga you like and bring it with you to read comfortably in your room. The breakfast is also okay, with a decent variety of drinks. If that's not enough, there is a couple of vending machines near the lobby.

They have lots of manga collection if you want to
spend your night. They provide bicycle rental, so you
can roam around and buy food/drinks to take back to the inn.
Although the location is quite far from Tsukuba station,
you can easily get on the bus and get off near the inn.

- breakfast wasn't advertised, but they did provide a light breakfast of bread, yogurt, coffee, etc.
- the staff was so helpful and very friendly, despite my imperfect Japanese
- the free bike rental is so convenient
- the room had everything I needed, including a fridge, hot water boiler, extra table, and just enough room to roll out a yoga mat for exercise
- the bed was a little too soft for me
- like most smaller hotel rooms, it was easy to hear noise from other rooms. It wasn't a problem for the most part, except when the room across the hall had a phone alarm that went off at 5:15am and wouldn't turn it off. Thankfully, I brought earplugs, which sufficiently blocked out the sound thereafter.

Complementary breakfast I'd light and simple, but adequate. Location is good for the space center / JAXA, and free bike rental is so useful!

I have stayed in this hotel for 8 day. All of stuff were very kind to me and helped me a lot in any ways.

Stayed for two weeks, it was a friendly, comfortable environment and facilities were convenient.
Breakfast is great, its buffet style with all you can eat, definitely a plus if you need a reason to wake up. Shared manga, spacious lobby and free drinks gives this place a cozy environment.
Although the room was not spacious, it is clean and comfortable.
The place lends bicycles for free, and it is the fastest way to go around Tsukuba.
If you plan to stay a while, this place is greatly recommended.
