Room number 13 was absolutely wonderful a balcony over the sea although you don't need that to have a nice balcony there's one that everyone can access

Breakfast it was a little iffy The coffee was terrible but the staff was wonderful very accommodating but somehow breakfast was just not good.

I spent 2 weeks there - 1st week in a nice room upstairs, with AC, fridge and small balcony. 2nd week in the room next to reception. The week I spent in the room next to reception was awful - it's very noisy . You can hear everything: guests arriving, staff talking, laughing, listening to music or watching videos... starting at 7am... I was in this room because when I left for the weekend after my first week, I booked the same room directly with the hotel to get a better price for the following week. When I came back after weekend, they forgot about my booking and the room wasn't available so they sent me to the worst room of the hotel: dark, noisy and when people upstairs took a shower or flushed, it felt like the water was flowing into our room - it was so loud. Ask for a room upstairs if you want a nice stay!! Awful wifi connection - couldn't load a basic web page at certain times of the day.

personnel doesn’t speak English, but they do there best to with half words and the smile helps.

The ocean view

The vibe was very unpersonal, the rooms are run down, same with the bathroom.

It was on the water, so water taxis can take us right to the hotel. Nice to eat meals on the waterfront. Management very responsive to our needs.

No place to hang your clothes. Need clothes hooks. Room very small. Large people would have trouble moving around In the bathroom. Happy hour drinks were terrible. They need to learn how to make their cocktails.
