Great location, neat and clean. Rooms generous size.
Smart TV upgrade would be good. Need new blankets as one I was about to use was soiled. Light shades could do with a clean.

Fantastic staff that went above and beyond to make our stay great. Central location, walking distance to everything in Cairns CBD. apartment was large, clean and had everything you could need away from home.

It was centrally located and hence had easy access to tourists attractions starting points.
There was no breakfast facilities provided while booking the apartment hence can not comment about its quality.
Nevertheless if break fast is provided it will be great help to tourists.
If you can add breakfast along with stay it will be better.

it was clean, roomy and comfortable. it was close to shopping, and a short walk to the Esplanade

The room was good value for money. Plenty of appliances and good showers. I would stay here again.
The extra blankets in the cupboard need to be washed. We didn't use ours because of how filthy and stained they are.

everything was perfect. spacious clean and perfect location with the biggest shopping mall in cairns right across the road. 10 minute walk to the esplanade restaurants cafes sightseeing tours.

The apartment was in decent condition, lots of space to move around, really huge for the 5 people in our entourage. There was a spa and walk in closet in the main bedroom. Has a clean and decent size pool my kids enjoyed. All rooms were very comfortable. Located near Rusty’s Market and Cairns mall.

It wasn’t as clean. And the furniture was quite old

Not good for long stay. Good for 2 or 3 days maximum. Even though, it's an Apartment Hotel, there are Practically NO service at all. No change of towels, bedsheets etc. Even ran out of toilet paper after 4 days of stay. NO ELEVATOR, need to climb up stair. Need to throw your apartment rubbish daily!

The location was great close to shopping centre restaurants and cbd.
The unit was huge and balcony was big as well..
Washing machine is a dryer as well we had trouble working out how to use couldnt dry our clothes but otherwise everything was good.
