Very good location short walking distance to almost everything, including the C30 and C32 buss stop to Alhambra. Clean, big fridge, good bathroom, paid parking nearby and good coffee shop across for breakfast.

The double bed is too narrow, just 140cm which is quite uncomfortable. Same good coffee shop is very crowded at nights thus noisy. Sleeping without earplugs might be difficult.

the bathroom for my room was not cleaned before I arrived and when I took a shower the 2nd night I was there I discovered empty open soap containers in the shower soap holder, so the shower had not been cleaned for 2 days. while the sheets were smooth, they didn’t make a good impression.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location is very convenient: in the city centre but windows are facing the inner yard so it was quiet. Staff is very helpful.

We stayed in Hostal Arriola in February and it was rather cold inside the room. We used airco for heating it up but it took a while. Consider bringing warm pijamas if you are going to stay in winter time ;)

Friendly staff, responding on booking.com very fast. Great location: lots of tourist attractions and restaurants around.

The furniture and finishing were quite old. Pillows on the bed not very comfortable and the bed itself was small for 2 people.

We arrived at the train station and it was an easy walk to the hostel. There is a lovely market close to the hostel, a wonderful cafe down the street, and the basilica is across the street. The young man at the reception desk was delightful. We had no issues.

The staff was really friendly and nice, the bed was amazing, everything was very clean and looked new and nicely designed and decorated. The location was great, walking distance to both the city center and train station and there were public transport options nearby (we didn't use them, Granada is not that big so we walked everywhere). All in all, exceptional value for money and we will definitely stay here again!

the boiler was broken so no hot water. not a big problem as we were only there for one night and owner did offer to find us a different location but we declined

Rooms are very spacious and clean, and the mattress super comfortable! I had an amazing night of sleep despite the very central location

The main downside is the working hours of the reception: i was leaving the room just before 10 and wanted to leave my luggage on hold until 4.30pm, but at both times it was not possible to have someone present at the reception desk, so I had to go to the other side of town to find a locker for my bags. One road on the back of the hotel is a bit sketchy

Cons: * Hard to get in - for some reason we can't get instructions on advance, and stand on the street for 20 minutes trying to get in * Small, old, not comfortable room * Air conditioner doesn't warm the room * No hair dryer (but it was delivered after asking for several times) * What is wifi password? How to get parking discount? All of this we had to ask, when usually you just get the instructions when check in It's really better to add 10-15 euros and stay somewhere better
