The rooms were spacious. The manager/owner/staff in the reception was exceptionally helpful with the reservations online for parks and cable cars. Made us evade hours of queuing.

The host is extremely helpful and welcoming. Location is perfect, in the middle of wulingyuan and good distance from national park. Room was incredible and breakfast was enough.

Manager-receptionist carried our luggage to the main road to meet DiDi taxi because DiDi could not find the guesthouse's location even with live phone instruction from the manager. The guesthouse has several names and so is not listed on phone maps. Different names to convey guesthouse's name and location includes "yinian siji" "floral" "year round...".

Freezing cold room when we arrived. Slow working heater... was still at 10 degrees C after 3 hours. Management refused to provide a space heater; first saying they have none, when pointed out that manager had one under his table, he said they are a fire hazard and refused. After repeated visits downstairs to request a space heater and getting into a shouting match (him shouting, not me) he finally provided us with one but we still had to wear sweaters and layers of pants to sleep. Second thing is DiDi taxi's continued inability to find the guesthouse. Third thing is the rate I paid is extremely overpriced. It was like living in a room in a warehouse with piles of lamps, boxes, dead plants Around the place on the way to the rooms. Being so unhappy with our accommodations, we looked around and found accommodations like Sunshine hotel, Santo Domingo charging much less (30 to 50%) and offered much cleaner, more comfortable rooms and easier to locate by DiDi taxi.

He helped us book the tickets in advanced and planned the trip for us. The location was great! Close to shops and restaurants. Shower and toilet are separated Snacks provided at the restaurant

Very friendly staff who know the best ways and times to get into the National Park without getting into the worst of crowds. Chen in front desk was super helpful with our tours tickets and transportation. The room is super clean and comfortable.

The staff was really nice, helpful and gave nice advice.
