i loved the facilities and how big the room was

there was a lot of dust under the glass surface which i’m allergic to and the bed was not comfortable it felt very hard

Clean, beautifully presented. The room was well stocked with towels, toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. Everything was exceptional. Upon our arrival there was an issue with our room we were booked into - when the staff at reception were notified of this, they were so attentive and fast to resolve the problem. We were given complimentary drinks in their bar while the staff arranged for us to go into a different room and went to the efforts of double checking the new room met our requirements. It couldn’t have been dealt with any better.

Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Drinking water need to get from the tap in the toilet sink. No provision of water bottles.

Staff were excellent. Our room was nice. Pool,sauna, ect excellent.

The breakfast was really poor,not good. We have been before and breakfast was good. Don't understand why it as changed. Not worth the money. Menu limited ,not proper nachos,expensive for what it is.

Breakfast was just about OK. The bar meal was very nice but expensive

No soap in room. No coffee in room. USB sockets - none of them worked. I had to scramble under the bed to find a working wall socket. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of jelly - no support at all. Likewise the pillows. At breakfast I had to chase and re-chase for fried eggs and for hash browns. Asked for tea and got enough for 1 cup only.
