Very nice hotel in the centre of Koeln, close to everything. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. Price was also very affordable. Recommendation!!

When I got to the property, I discovered that the hotel don’t accept payment by card (because the amount was below 100€), being tired after hours travelling I had to search an ATM to pay my staying. The room was poorly cleaned, the heating didn’t work properly to warm up the room. The hot water was turned off without notice. it’s not the kind of service that you wait from a Hotel.

The small kitchen doesn't have enough facilities. We can neither heat up the foods nor make the coffee.

The staff/owner is extremely friendly. Location is excellent as we can reach out to the central station and DOM (icon of Colonge) in 5mins.

This property is very central, directly next to an U-Bahn station and about a 10 minutes walk away from the central station/ Kölner Dom. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious and there was little noise from neighboring apartments/ the street.

Entering the property was terribly weird- the front door was closed and to be let in we had to call the number on the door even though it was during regular check-in times. Upon calling I was informed that there had been "a problem with my credit card" (apparently on the host's side) and was asked to pay the entire stay in cash, with no prior information about this happening. Our room itself was on the 4th floor (there is an elevator- however it only fits two people/ up to 300kg and looked like it could crash at any second) and it was really spacious. We had 3 separate beds (mattress was very soft so be cautious if you have back problems), the bathroom had a bathtub and a shower and everything looked clean, however the room smelled like cigarettes, but that was nothing an open window couldn't fix!

The room was so small and the price was to expensive. I couldn't sleep good bcz of the noise of the Neighbour or the cleaning staff in the corridor, i couldn't take a shower because of the water running out till the bedroom. Not easy to contact the reception staff. It's really bad experience

Pillows were awful and too flat, no extras when asked for. Kitchenette was badly stocked, not one cup and only one knife. One main light didnt work. The shower curtain was torn

Location. But hell, I could have slept on a bench at the main station and that would have been a 'great location' too. Free and working WiFi.

Not sure where to start. It's not a hotel. It's rooms where you collect a key. Might as well stay in a youth hostel. Not even a plastic glass in the bathroom. One plug socket. No draws/ cupboard. Smelt extremely musty. The usual crap about not being able to accept payment by card - until you point blank refuse to go to the cash machine and suddenly their equipment works. The guy on reception was genuinely friendly (apart from the payment by cash bit), the rest... don't bother. Travel a little further outside the center, even a few hundred meters and get something much better value for money. P.s., if you think the photos look rubbish on the website...it's worse in real life... AND I had tried to change my booking and they refuse saying it would be 100% cancellation fee. You're welcome

The Hotel doesn’t have anything to do, the entrance to the rooms is separate from the reception, and the door to get in is not working properly so it takes some effort to open it. We didn’t get the Wi-Fi password when we checked in but when we went there later the same day (before23:00) there wasn’t anyone there, so that was very disappointing. You can’t really count on anyone there to help you if you need something.

I had reserved a room for the date of July 27th. It was said that i would have a clean room by 14h00, the check in time. When me and my boyfriend got there some other hospeds were complaining about the situation on there bedroom, they said that there was hair everywere, the sheets were dirty, the towels were used and they wanted there money back. I got very worried about there complaining and decided that befor checking in on our room, i would like to see it. When we got to the room it was filthy!!! Used sheets, dirty towels, hair everywere, tolet was filthy, trash cans were full. It was clear to me that the room had not been cleaned up! And by the time we saw the room it was already 14h00. So we went back to the reception and explained what we saw. We asked for another room, and the receptionist said there was no other room available, only that and he could go and clean it up. We were very unhappy with the way he treated us, and with the service it was offered to us, it was not the service that i had payed for. We ended up changing hotels, because we were afraid of getting the monkey pox on that filthy room!! I come here to ask for my money back, because i did not used the service and did not got the room i had reserved.... And also had to find a new hotel in a city that i do not know. It was an awfull experience, i would not recommend this hotel for anyone. And i am still waiting for an answer from the hotel.

When we check-in in this hotel, we paid by cash. It was not comfortable for us. Hotel does not accept the payment by card, only by cash. When I booked the room in this hotel, my money for payment were blocked in my card and yesterday when I paid by cash this blocked amount of money were returned to my card. Cours of euro is changeable and it is not conveniently for us!!!

convenient location ,close to Hauptbahnhof in less then 10 mins walking.

the neighbor nextdoor 51,where playing loud music until 04:00 in the morning,could barely sleep.it was kind of rude and inconsiderate.
