Unfassbar tolles Flair! Große Zimmer und schöner Wellnessbereich. Frühstücksbereich ein Traum! Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Lage perfekt, um Budapest zu erkunden.

Ein wenig zu kalt im Zimmer und das Heiz-Lüftungs-System brauchte recht lange bis es „griff“.

very good brekfast i liked the food and the drinks. the locaition was ok but to get to some places we had to walk a liitel bit to much or take the bolt taxi.

Everything Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Bathroom was excellent. Staff were amazing and helpful. Service top notch. Budapest’s famous New York Cafe in house.

L’hôtel est absolument hors normes, magnifiques parties communes et que dire du personnel ... Absolument parfait ! Le restaurant était parfait ; la seule chose a améliorer est la carte des vins qui n'est pas à la hauteur d'une clientèle Palace ... l 90% de vin Hongrois ( très médiocres) pour des prix hallucinants !!

Le gros point noir est leur salle de bain : les toilettes sont au niveau d'un bidet , 30 cm de haut pas plus ...Et la baignoire n'est guère meilleure voir dangereuse pour en sortir : aucune poignée ou barre de soutien !!

The BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff take care of everything, I did not have a single worry through out this trip. The breakfast in New York cafe is beautiful! Ended up trying The White Salon as a last minute meal and the Goulash is amazing. Stunning.

Für solch einen Preis erwartet man schallisolierte Fenster. Da dies nicht wirklich der Fall war wurde der Schlaf leider immer wieder gestiert durch Geräusche von außen. Aufgrund der Lage ist natürlich viel los ums Hotel herum. Allerdings war die Qualität an sich des Hotels wie auch der Suite, 9,5/10

We loved the hotel and strongly recommend it. The rooms were very comfortable and staff friendly. The pool was great and the breakfast unforgettable. If you are in Budapest strongly recommend it.

Prachtig hotel! Bij aankomst werd hard gewerkt om ons eerder in te laten checken. Warm welkom met een drankje en kleine rondleiding. Mooie, grote kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. De grote badkamer met douche en bad was ook erg prettig. Voortreffelijk ontbijt met live muziek op de achtergrond. Het personeel was super, staat altijd voor je klaar en bereidt overal bij te helpen. Goed gelegen in het centrum met parkeergarage.

Bed was lovely and comfortable, Breakfast was in the New York Cafe (part of the hotel) a truly wonderful place with live pianist even at breakfast! Waiter service for breakfast as well as buffet style. The buffet hot food was good, the cooked to order food was good but not as hot as it should be. No noise from other guests.

The tea at breakfast was always only warm and weak and that was the only one great disappointment. We did not eat our evening meal there as the vegetarian options were too limited for our taste. Road noise at night.

The building is exceptional, its architecture is beautiful and well maintained

The first room we were put in Was not value for money,awkward shower,and the cleaners closest beside our room had us awake at 7am. Once we highlighted this problem we were moved to a suite and the staff did everything they could to make up for the inconvenience. They went above and beyond to make the rest of our stay amazing

What an absolutely stunning hotel! We stayed in a premium room with city view which in any other hotel would be classed as a suite - it’s huge, very comfortable and makes you not want to leave the hotel! The bar and cafe downstairs were lovely, and whilst we didn’t have a chance to utilise the wellness area - it looked great. Location is great and lots of cool places are just a walk away. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly, and this stay exceeded my expectations.

This is not a dislike, but there is no such thing as perfection right. Only improvement point for me was the breakfast. The location was stunning, and the overall choice was fairly good, but the black coffee didn’t taste great. I would also expect a slightly more upscale breakfast selection for a 5 star hotel - certainly when comparing to other such hotels in Europe.

First of all, we missed our flight at the time of our first reservation and the staff was kind enough to renew the dates for us. I went there with my daughter on our birthday week and there was an amazingly delicious cake on the table saying happy birthday. It was a nice gesture. We arrived really early in the morning so the rooms were not ready to check in, but they let us use the spa, we had a quick dip in the pool (it's a small one) and changed our clothes, went directly to New York Cafe for breakfast with our cousin. I did know that the cafe is world famous, but did not realize it was stated to be the best cafe in the world and they might be right. We had two breakfasts there and left really happy with both the ambiance, live music performance, and taste. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy and the building is so great! (That's true for many buildings in Budapest, we really fell in love with the city, but we liked ours the most!) Overall, it was well worth the money. Happy to have stayed there!

We warned the hotel several times that we were booking a room for our wedding. We communicated this in an email, via Booking.com messages, and during check-in. Unfortunately, all three times our request was completely ignored, which was disappointing as we expected some attention to our special occasion. Initially, we were given a room with a scratched bathtub. Then, we were offered a smoky room. Due to exhaustion, we finally agreed to the third option. Besides the front part of the hotel with a beautiful facade, the rest of the building was simply awful and covered in cheap panels. Despite asking for permission to take photos in the hotel, various staff members periodically approached us with the same question, inquiring if we were guests. The gluten-free breakfast was simply terrible.

The location, the ambiance, the attentiveness of the staff were all exceptional.
