Staff were incredible. Genuinely couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience. Stayed over for the community shield final and the location was so convenient. So many shops nearby and Wembley stadium only a couple of minutes drive away. Rooms were great value for the price and the showers were so so so good.

Lovely place to stay💙

The staff are very nice and make you feel very welcome. They are happy and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a lovely twin room with an en-suite toilet and shower. Tea and coffee are available in the room, including a small.fridge, Beds made up lovely, providing towels and hand wash including shower gel and a hair dryer. A nice little desk, a wardrobe with drawers. 35 minute walk to Wembley stadium or to the designer fashion outlet or uber £6.76 buses run regularly. Free WiFi and signal is strong. Parking is first come, first served basis. Lovely

My mattress was a little uncomfortable, and that was due to my own preference. I prefer a firmer mattress.

Room was very clean and well presented with all the facilities you need for a hotel stay We slept really well with fresh linen and towels The ensuite shower room was very well presented and the shower pressure was amazing! Reception was very welcoming, help and attentive! Plenty of free parking around the hotel Free wifi and can buy soft drinks from reception Great little hotel, little gestures including the cute little biscuits in the room went a long way and we will definately stay again - perfect for work trips during the week or weekend as only 20 mins from central london on the tube!

Location was good, close to the tube and only one stop from Wembley Stadium ideal for us going to a concert. Fridge in the room was an added bonus. Great powerful shower.

From when we walked in the front door we felt welcomed. The room was certainly fit for purpose for what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. We chose not to have breakfast because of other plans we had.

Some of the furniture was looking worse for wear but it didn't detract from our stay in any way. Nothing else of note to be honest. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely all Single mattresses joined to create a double bed Stained carpet and chair upholstery An anvetilated room A broken shower door A cupboard that is waiting to fall,and any time a heavy car pass in front of the ,,hotel,, is shaking and make noise as it is an earthquake. Wake up more tired than I was. As a bonus I wake up with a itching feeling. Pretty much everything I dislike. I'm so sorry I had to experience this.

Lovely staff, very well placed for Wembley Stadium, just 1 stop on the tube plus a short walk. Clean and comfortable.

Free parking was advertised yet our vehicle refused by the manager for being to bulky - standard size van. Also the front door is always locked and no provisions given for access.

Good location to get to London whilst being out of the central area - can drive there easily and get the tube.

I booked & paid for a deluxe double room but it appeared to be only a standard room & unfortunately could hear everything from the next room

the staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was only a short walk or one tube stop from wembley stadium. I felt really safe travelling on my own and would definitely return in the future.

Very friendly staff. There is parking for about 3 cars at the hotel however plenty of parking on the main road outside. I will say that the reception staff leave at 11pm however if you are running just call and let them know and they are happy to accommodate.
