Nada, todo mal

La ausencia de limpieza era muy evidente. Las sábanas de las camas estaban sin lavar después de los últimos huéspedes. Estaban arrugadas (sin planchar), sucias, y encontramos muchos pelos entre las sábanas. Además encontramos una toalla usada y sucia en el baño. Reclamamos al apartamento, incluso enviamos fotografías. Tras ello a la mañana siguiente enviaron al personal de limpieza para limpiar y revisar (nosotros ya no estábamos), aún enviándoles las fotografías, nos dijeron que el personal no había encontrado pelos ni nada sucio. Volvimos a revisar, y el apartamento seguía exactamente igual, incluso la toalla sucia seguía en el mismo sitio, no habían hecho ningún tipo de limpieza. También tuvimos que pagar para poder aparcar delante del apartamento. No hemos podido dormir en el apartamento ninguna noche debido a la suciedad, por lo que hemos ido a otros hoteles, generando un gasto adicional. Hemos reclamado y no nos han hecho mas caso, tampoco nos han devuelto el dinero

everything was a nightmare from the beginning my daughter had an operation we got there had to pay an extra £50 on arrival to get there the room was filthy so dirty hair everywhere the hall ways were filthy no secure front door always open other tenants really noisy absolute nightmare added stress to my already stressful stay my daughter was high risk of infection that we couldn't stay there the second night due to cleanliness advertised as luxury and there was nothing luxurious about it what so ever

No me gustó nada, no cumplió con absolutamente nada de lo que ofrecía. Nunca tuve Wi-fi, ni agua caliente, la habitación estaba totalmente destrozada, desde el suelo a las paredes, ni tan si quiera un cambio de toallas. Además, tienen a un inquilino en esa casa viviendo con problemas psiquiátricos, el cual me estuvo acosando, tuve que llamar a la policía, y la propietaria no apareció en ningún momento. La peor experiencia que he tenido a través de Booking. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Location was good, walk to Wembley stadium not too long

Everything else. The lock on the door was broken, the whole building smelt like air freshener covering up damp. The building looked like a crack den from outside - definitely not what we were expecting. The toilet roll holder hanging off, floorboards broken (safety hazard as I stubbed my toe in the night), no mirror in the main room. Bed was so uncomfortable and everything stained yellow. Blinds stained, windowsill with cigarette burns. Didn’t get the email with the code to access building, had to call them whilst sat outside and wait for them to send it.

Location was excellent

The paint on the ceiling was peeling off, the security bolt behind the door was broken and never fixed even though I notified the manager of it. Occupants behind the apartment made unusual noise in the garden

Leaving

As soon as we opened the door we was greeted by rhe stench of damp and mould. After entering the property we could see further evidence of this on the ceilings, walls floor and windows. Tv was plugged into an extension lead that was plugged into another extension lead spanning from the near the front door in the kitchen to the living/ sleeping area. Flooring covwred in mould in the corner near the bed. The window above the front door is full of mould. Above the door there is a 5 inch hole with an old Toilet waste pipe inside of it not blocked up.

The room was filthy, toilet seat broken, bedding dirty, basically the room was disgusting! Then to come back after a concert to find the floor in the room covered in ants and flying around the room lots of flying ants!! Trying to contact the owner was almost impossible and when we did they didn’t want to know. We had no choice but to leave the room just after midnight with no where to stay as all the other hotels were booked up. Customer service from booking. Com was appalling, just kept passing me from one person to another and cutting me off. No one ever got back to me. All I wanted was a refund for the nights stay that I never had!!! Disgusting!!!! WILL NEVER USE BOOKING. COM AGAIN!!! I have plenty of photos as well of the filthy room.

The location is good. Accessible for public transport.

It will be good if there is a bedside table and plug outlets are working.

Small and self contained felt safe and secure. It was clean

Floor needs replacing as was a bit of a trip hazard but nothing major

Close to venue

Ants crawling everywhere. Sofa bed was tiny and not fit for purpose unfortunately. Not enough bedding to cover the sofa bed which has seen better days and the cushion part had to go directly on the floor. Not great when there’s ants around. The room would be fine if the sofa bed was a proper fold out one. A shame because it’s a great location. I wouldn’t want more than one person or a couple sharing the bed. Communication with owner was overseas and tricky

Advertised as luxury apartment but on arrival was allocated a very small cramped one room with a separate toilet/shower. Had one bed made up and the spare was an old fold out mattress that took up the whole living area. Certainly not upto luxury standard,more like a squat.certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The apartment was in the perfect position for an event at Wembley which is what we booked it for. It was very easy to access, really good communication with the agent. Apartment was very clean and quiet. All facilities required were available, other than the second duvet. Nice kitchen area and bathroom. I would definitely use it again if attending another concert at Wembley.

There was a sofa bed with sheets and pillow cases however there was no duvet for the sofa bed and as there were three of us one of us had to make do with just a sheet. Luckily it was hot so not too much of a problem but a second duvet should be provided. Also the floor has some tears in it which would benefit from being replaced, you could catch your feet in the cracks.

Close location to the stadium

Problems getting in they sent wrong door pin, sofa bed ripped and uncomfortable, no coffee or tea. Poor value for my money

The suite mostly clean however there was a significant amount of flies (dead and alive) in the property. I would not recommend due to this issue.

I have contacted the management direct and heard no response. The room as expected was space savvy. The electrics did not look safe. the fridge didn’t work. The fridge seal was dirty with black bits. There was a yellow stain down the front of the door. Toilet cistern cracked. The door to room locked, great however the hinges were rusty and exposed and it didn’t fit the frame, daylight seen in the cracks. the wallpaper was ripped and clearly visible. the walls were a dirty white with holes, chips and cracks. The floor poorly laid. The glasses in the cupboard, I couldn’t use them. I booked a room with bunk beds as offered. There was a double bed with marks on the bottom sheet. There was a single mattress folded up on its end. This smelt of cannabis, had green residue on it with dirty yellow stains. My father in law in his mid 60s with arthritis and sciatica refused to use bed or mattress. We went to Wembley and on return had a bottle we stayed literally a few hours and left in the early hours of the morning to get home walking round london till places opened. There was nothing luxury about this, Sorry extremely disappointed. I have more photos. Whilst I was the bugs bit my ankles too. :(

Ideal location for Wembley gig. Nearby supermarkets , cafes, pub, close to Wembley Park Station. Very clean. We don’t care about a big space for these occasions. Just a clean bed & private shower facilities, and coffee making options. This met criteria, and had plenty more to offer than we needed.

I’m like ‘The Princess and the Pea’ with beds, and this was a tufted orthopaedic mattress. I could feel the knots all night. Hubby, on the other hand, slept very comfortably. So, it’s a personal preference. It was July 1st, and a warm, humid night. It is quite a small space, and felt very stuffy. A fan would be a great addition to these rooms, especially in the summer. The Wi-Fi details provided in the check in email were not correct - please update this. Without it, my EE really struggled for reception. A couple of minor repairs needed.

Very uncomfottable mattress. Place was not comfortable at all. I left the room and went to sleep at somebody elses hotel nearby. Very very poor. I dont know how booking.com can allow these places. I will never use booking.com again.

There was nothing to like! If you think this is a LUXURY apartment you will be very disappointed on arrival. It is very shabby.

To whom it may concern, I have never stayed at an accommodation this bad. When I entered the room there was ash all over the bath room and ants all over her the property. I called the team and be lady answered, she said she will talk to her supervisor. She then called back and acted like she was the supervisor. She stated that she did not believe me and that she needed evidence of the ash and ant infestation. I took the pictures, despite her rude attitude and sent them to her on WhatsApp. Not once did she apologise for the inconvenience or seem to be shocked that we were making this complaint. If anything, she was being rude to us for a inconvenience from her part. It was as if we were an inconvenience to her for asking for a resolution. Moments after she called back frustrated and told us to enter another room. Still no apology and no accountability. We stayed in another room for the night. That morning she woke us up and stayed we needed to leave NOW because a guest was booked for the room that they gave us for compensation. She suggested that we go back to the room with the ants. Ofcourse we refused for the following reasons: 1. I am asthmatic and the smoke affected me. 2. I don’t want to return to the ants 3. They were making their new guests a priority and not resolving our existing issues. In conclusion she is now asking booking.com to charge me for damages, when asked she states “client refused to change rooms”. Prior to this she told us that everything was okay and no one would Be charged. She said she did not want us to provide a bad review. This whole experience on my birthday was disappointing to say the least.

£100 fee to get entry code after having paid in full up front weeks previously was an absolute disgrace Parking fee was excessive Ignorant, unhelpful staff Electric sockets didn't work (at all, only had lights) for first half of our stay. Windows didn't close. A member of staff came bustling into our room and snapped the chain off the door!
