This is a quaint hotel with a suburban feel near a busy train station. The Japanese garden and landscaping on the grounds was relaxing. Complimentary breakfasts were fantastic. Staff were courteous and helpful. Coin laundry facilities are in the main building and have separate washer and dryer (ie, doing laundry is fast and efficient).

The are a few different buildings within the same block, so it can be confusing. We stayed in a separate building which was hard to find as it was not well marked. I had stayed here 6 months before, and they moved the front desk to a new building which made it harder to find. Laundry area was in the main building, so I had to bring laundry back and forth and it was raining! Compared to 6 months ago, they have fewer amenities, no longer require shoes off at the front entrance hall, which were things that I had actually appreciated. It is also near the train station, and train noises can be heard.

Having Laundry/ washing facility would be nice. Though there was one nearby which was quite good. We wanted to heat our food in microwave kept in the dining area, but we were refused to have dinner in the dining area. We had to carry food to our room.

A 5 min walk to Shin-Osaka station for the JR Shinkansen line and other trains to Osaka. Luggage storage and great breakfast👍

What a cute hotel! The hotel is set in a Japanese style building with a traditional garden in front, clean and modern design, natural wood furniture. They also try to be mindful of the environment by trying to limit plastic use and amenity waste. The floors each have a separate shared laundry, kitchen, lounge and desk area, which is a nice touch. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, sink, water kettle, extra coffee and tea packs. Of course, the room has a kettle, mini fridge, bathroom has soap/shampoo/conditioner in larger containers and not those minis. The front desk and restaurant are across the street from the rooms. Free breakfast was delicious and filling. The considered it a 'Western' breakfast which changes by day. I enjoyed a breakfast of an omelette, veggies, salad, shokupan (milk bread), mini toasts topped with carrots and Japanese potato salad, yogurt fruit compote, vegetable soup. All areas were bright and clean. Staff were very helpful with decent English language support. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the East exit of the Shin Osaka station.

There isn't a lot of common space for meetings or just hanging around to wait for a friend or ride. This was not an issue for me, though. For those not familiar with Japanese homes, the hotel does expect you to remove your shoes once you get to your floor. There is a 'genkan' (lobby area) where you remove your shoes and place them in a locked cubby and change into hotel provided slippers. I can see where this could improve the cleanliness of the floors, but maybe it could be awkward for those not accustomed to this practice at home. Oddly, for a very up to date hotel for the 21st century, the room didn't have enough electrical outlets to accomodate water kettle and electronic devices, although there were additional plugs near the bed and television set. Room and bathroom were on the small side, but fairly typical for Japan. The hotel is not all that easy to find, but they do have an easy to miss sign directing you to the front desk. The area can be a little noisy due to its proximity to the train station

Large room and spacious bath/shower. Overlooked the train station. Couch to sit on. Generous complimentary toiletries if you forgot anything. Good breakfast.

女性専用階はフロアに入る前に靴をロッカーに入れるので、部屋の床に荷物を直置きすることも気にしなくて良かった。さらに床暖房があり足元も暖かく部屋の乾燥も気にせずに済みました。 共用のキッチンがあるのも便利でした。 また、朝ご飯も美味しかったです。

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very modern with all the amenities you need. Well signposted from the station exit so not difficult to find. It’s a short train journey away from the centre of Osaka and much quieter than the more tourist-heavy areas. There are a few restaurants and a launderette close to the hotel.

Only one pillow per bed (there may have been another in the room somewhere but I couldn’t see it). Also the pillow was a bit stiff, not a major issue but not ideal.

レディースルームに泊まりましたが、設備が全て新しくてピカピカでした。静かだし、とても過ごしやすかったです。

新大阪駅からは近いのですが、跨線橋を渡ってホテルに着くまでの道のりが暗くて怖かったです。

Bon accueil, chambre spacieuse pour le Japon et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et il différent tous les jours. La proximité de la gare Shin Osaka.

L’épouvantable odeur d’égout dans la chambre durant tout notre séjour, et nous sommes restés 4 nuits, nous avons été logés dans l’immeuble annexe en face du bâtiment principal de l’hôtel. L’inconfort de la literie. L’horaire trop tardif du petit déjeuner (7h00), le dernier jour nous n’avons pas pu pendre notre breakfast et avons donc perdu cette prestation.

Very close to Shin Osaka Station, stored our luggage for the day which was helpful as all the lockers at the station were full! Cooked Breakfast included - and big room.

Spacious room with good amenities and bath tub - Can get extra from front desk. Breakfast was good. 5mins' walk from Shin-Osaka station but can be confusing at the 'spilt' lane to locate at first but fine after that - just remember to walk the inner lane at the spilt road near the hotel. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is pretty close to the station, although you still need to walk about 8 min. The hotel is newly refurbished so the hallways, beds, bathroom amenities, etc were brand new. The front desk staff were very kind. The room had blinds for the windows so you could get a good night sleep in complete darkness. It was in a quiet area.

Room space, functional design, comfort bed, and train view for kid. Kid’s amenity (slipper, diaper, toothbrush, sponge) & pajamas. Nice and delicious breakfast. Location - close and easy to find. Staff hospitality - front desk and breakfast restaurant.

Lovely hotel situated in a quiet neighbourhood yet so close to Shin Osaka Station. The staff were very welcoming and they provide breakfast. The room was a fantastic size with comfortable beds.
