We only spent one night at the hotel, but it met all our needs and expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff and a great room that made for a wonderful, short stay! Arigato!!

I loved how convenient the location was, the free pyjamas and how clean it was! Staff were very helpful.

Small double bed was pushed against wall, not much space for a couple. The curtains weren't blackout blinds

Room size was passable for Tokyo. Lobby staff were friendly. Provided amenities were quite good. Staff were quick to respond when I asked for something. Location was relatively good. Easy enough to get to Disneyland which was the goal.

Breakfast. If they're going to offer that it needs to come with a warning. 1300 for basically nothing. The bread was decent but that was about it. One of the only foods they had for breakfast was eggs and they stopped refilling it with over an hour to go, and when we bought tickets at that time we weren't warned that almost nothing was left. I actually felt bad for the staff that they had to serve that kind of breakfast. If you're reading this, there are many cheaper places which offer a morning buffet in the area. Not only are they cheaper, they have 4~5 times as many food items on the menu. Do not book breakfast unless it goes under 500 yen. Only two washing machines and they didn't work well at all. Took 2 hours to dry a handful of clothes which kept me up well into the night.

The contour pillow is very comfortable. The bed is comfortable.

The toilet amenities can be improved. The shower curtain looks not clean. The sanitary bags were not refilled. The bidet is not working well. The extension cord is not working perfectly.

No forced conversation at the reception. Very professional. Room was spacious for its location. Very good water pressure and hot water supply = a happy bath time!

Staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are always clean and tidy. Hassle free check in and check out.

Fast food stores are not located very near. Will have to walk a bit to find fast food restaurants.

5 min walk from Kayabacho station (exit 3) and it's close to a number of convenience stores. Room was small but the size was expected of simple Tokyo hotels. Bathroom had a good-sized bathtub. T-CAT (for airport transfer bus service) is 10 min away on foot.

TV only had Japanese channels and the bed pillow was uncomfortable for my neck. Found a few strands of hair in the tub when I first checked in.

yes, online doesnt show two single bed, when request double bed 2pax to 2 single bed. they charged me so much extra.

Beds were very good. Amenities are very useful. Cleanliness is perfect. They agreed to keep our luggage.

The walls need to be painted again.
