The day bed was mouldy, the pillows in the room were full of mould it was disgusting. They tried to double charge me when arriving. I would not recommend if you want a clean place to stay ..also very over priced for what it was would give zero if I could.

Great price, very quiet, room freshly painted, staff friendly. Only stayed here while we waiting for our flight, was good from this respect. Prob judging it poorly as other places we stayed were outstanding (but more expensive)

Room was very underwhelming- lots of ants, very basic. People were smoking in the landing by rooms (next to open area but very close to rooms). Facilities very tired and pools smaller than expected, a shame as it has potential. Location not a particularly nice part of Bali compared to elsewhere.

The staff were lovely from check in to check out and breakfast in between. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfy and the aircon kept everything nice and cool. Amazing value for money!

I booked this as a solo parent with a 7 yr old child. I wasn't expecting much but it exceeded our expectations & my son who has been to Bali multiple times rated it as one of the best accomodations in Bali! Simply put, it was cheap & cheerful. The fact that there were THREE swimming pools, was really not what I was expecting for the price!! We have stayed at fancy resorts & traditional villas, Airbnb, we have done it all. The price and the fact that breakfast was included was really amazing to me. There were more locals in the area too. We felt safe & the staff were very helpful. We will certainly stay again!

The pools are great and location is in the vicinity to the beach and amazing Warung Bamboo which sells fresh seafood and drinks ideal for beach sunset dinner.

The rooms were quite filthy and really shabby. The bathroom would need proper deep cleaning, the walls painting (including a coat of anti-mould paint) and the peeling toilet to be changed and broken bed light to be fixed, as per pictures attached. The breakfast was ok but the service is a different story. Guests repeatedly had to ask for coffee cups, glasses, coffee, water, juice etc. to be refilled as there was nothing to use. It took ages to get the ala cart breakfast so I would suggest that a regular breakfast buffet with a several staff continuosly refilling it would work much better for everyone.

location is a couple minutes from the beach. 3 pools and comfy + plenty of loungers. very good value for money that we stayed an extra night. recommend a deluxe room as the basic is small (we moved to a bigger room second night and it was huge compared for an extra £2). great breakfast

Staff, food, room and pretty much everything was very good

- Large outdoor area with 3 pools - very large rooms with huge bathroom, fridge and kitchen - super nice staff - organised scooter - luggage deposit

Good: - quiet place - comfortable beds - small kitchen annex (though lack of some utensils) - good placement of AC (the air does not fall on you we you are lying on the bed) - tasty breakfast - good meals at the restaurant in reasonable price - very close to the beach

Clean room and a very pretty yard with plumeria trees. Has a restaurant wich serves tasty food. We slept very well due to confy beds and quiet area.

There were problems with water in our room when we arrived but the staff was very prompt and offered us another room. The location was not the best and I don't know if it's the pandemic effect (empty beach, restaurants quite far, little activity around).
