Location was amazing. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. the property is just beautiful

The rooms are a bit need of some repair...and I was able to see that work was being done. There is no TV service.

Self catering very near a lovely beach. Large rooms. Air con. Lovely host.

The kitchen area needed upgrading. More comfortable seating out on the veranda area would have made the stay more enjoyable.

This is the best place in Negril for those who want to experience a true spirit of Jamaica, where some of the friendliest and coolest people I ever met make it really simple to just relax and have a time of your life. At one hand, a resort is located right there in the middle of the seven mile beach, with all the best bars, restaurants and amenities just steps away, at the other, resort itself is an amazing place with a beautiful natural landscape all around its fully equipped accomodation units. For me, this was a life changing experience and in the future I will be definitely looking for a way back to Beachcomber.

The beach,the place was clean,the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant was closed,the internet does not reach inside the house,there is no cable,the pool is not being kept up to standars at all,the king size bed that I got is not good,the mattress has a sinked size.

The beachcomber herself, Dominique provided us with a wonderful last 12 hours in Jamaica. Dominique took us in as a last minute booking and went above and beyond to take care of us, including driving us to the bank, Covid testing site, and even the Mobay airport when we could not get transportation because of a holiday. The beachcomber, built from the ground up and run by Dominique, is a lovely beachfront escape offering beautiful rooms and a nice vibe and is next door to Margaritaville for a good time. Covid took it’s toll on this blue, beachfront, beauty and needs the support of tourists to recover from the pandemic. Bring your family and friends for a safe experience, and I ensure you that Dominique and her staff will take very good care of you (and might even include a seashell combed straight from the beach).

Overall a great experience. We had a two bedroom villa. The first one had some complications but within the half hour, the staff met our needs and had us moved to another location which was much improved. Staff were very pleasant, polite, helpful, kind and friendly. Met all our needs.

The place was reopening after being closed due to COVID so there were a few things left to be desired - carpenter ants was the top of my list BUT, the staff immediately rectified the matter for which we were grateful.

The property has been closed for a couple of years due to Covid but it had great bones and the staff made us feel so at home. The big resorts have nothing on this little beauty.

Very spacious rooms. Clean beach area. Friendly staff. Shout out for Winsome’s massage.

Broken beach chairs, no beach towels, lack of beach chairs, broken and falling apart stairs, no free coffee or water if you are not in the all inclusive, air conditioner worked 10 minutes at a time. No ice machine. Other guests complained about no hot water, rooms not ready when they arrived. Very disorganized
