The room was lovely. The food was average, Nothing special. The fruit was over ripe. The potatoes not cooked. The coffee not hot enough.

Fresher fruit. Properly cooked potatoes. Nicer bread options.

Paper thin walls and you could see through a hole in the bathroom where people walked by. Also, could hear everything happening in the lobby so couldn't really get a good night sleep.

the ideal location. a very short walk to the beautiful Parque Mexico, and the amazing restaurants and architecture of Condesa and Roma. I have stayed here 5 times. I will never stay in another hotel in Mexico City. Breakfast is made to order every day in a beautiful roof terrace with outdoor seating. Very good. A Walmart grocery is a quick walk for in-room groceries, wine, beer, etc. Great coffee shop around the corner. AWESOME Oaxachan restaurant across the street, and taqueria on the corner. And if you like dogs....really beautiful dog park every day in Parque Mexico. A very special hotel, in a very special neighborhood.

NOTHING! EVERYTHING IS GREAT!!! the rooms are a little dark, but that makes them relaxing for perfect sleep.

i got charged for getting makeup on the towel. Had to pay 100 dollars to repair towels. Most expensive towels I have ever paid for in my life. Breakfast was okay.

The room is big, the bed is comfortable, but everything is a little old. They could upgrade the shower and sofa.

I booked 4 nights, but actually stayed only 3 nights because I arrived early of next day. I saw many hotels give discount for arrive early next day. I emailed and asked but the hotel rejected any discount.

The room was super spacious, well equipped, largely clean. The staff during breakfast were friendly and responsive. I liked the peace and quiet and the amazing location meant I was close by to great restaurants, convenience stores and easily accessible to some key locations.

I thought the room could have been cleaned a little better, particularly the bathroom area. It's clear that the bathrooms are given a rudimentary clean everyday, rather than thorough cleans everyday (e.g the shower cubicle and the toilet, including the toilet bowl aren't not cleaned.

Being part of a chain 4 star hotel in a capital city, you would be expecting the bear minimum of quality and service, well this is not the case with this hotel. We had it all - the staff double booking our room on the first day, giving access to our belongings to a couple of other guests, then after a difficult conversation regarding our issue with worrying about safety, they upgraded us to another room, which later on that day turned out to be a room where it rained inside!!! After that, we tried to get a partial refund and file a complaint and the staff just simply would not help us. We didn’t get an apology, they were extremely rude and unhelpful to us and didn’t take any accountability for any of these issues. We had to move room twice in 2 days in a 4day stay and they just couldn’t make up for it and in fact their level of service simply deteriorated to the point that we felt completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Aside from the horrendous service, the hotel is in serious need of works to at least make sure that it stops raining inside! The breakfast was a sad spread of fruit salad, some mainstream cereal and the stalest, most sweet bread that you can find. Another thing that hindered our stay was the lack of English of the staff making communication very difficult when things weren’t going well. I can speak a bit of Spanish and it was all very difficult and laboured and I wouldn’t wish anyone to go through this experience on their holidays, hence why I’m taking the time and effort to write this review. We wasted our precious holiday time trying to deal with these issues and only managed to get a partial refund because we got Booking.com involved, so please pick another hotel to avoid nasty situations!

Location was central and perfect for us since we like hanging out in condesa & Roma. Rooms were very nice & spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish we could have tried the breakfast!

Noise was VERY loud from the street coming into the room until about 1am- this sucked for us as we were trying to sleep early to wake up to go to the airport at 3am. Windows were closed but it didn’t muffle it at all. Air conditioning in our room did not work- it was hot and we thought it would help drown out the noise a bit, so that was disappointing.
