The hotel has a very nice lobby, Restaurant and pool area. The beds are very comfortable with really good pillows. The room and the bathroom are big. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, we also had dinner here wich was very good. We received 2 bottles of water avery day and there is also a refilling station. Call for prayer is really loud coming from several Mosques so it is quite impossible to sleep past 4 wich makes serving breakfast from 6 great.
The rooms are quite worn down, there are a lot of marks on the walls, the linen are clean but with holes and stains. The room smelled a bit moldy. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location and the hospitality of Ayaka Suites is very good!
My first room was little bit old and smelly, then I required to change to a better room. Problem solved.

Bad design and construction quality. Smell of moisture is everywhere. Rotten smell from water runoffs.

Located in a nice area of Jakarta. Within walking distance of a big mall, shops and restaurants. The view (especially at night) from my small balcony was stunning. Even if you don't have a balcony, you can enjoy the amazing view from the nicely furnished terrace on the top floor. Friendly and helpful staff at reception as well as at the breakfast restaurant. Many different and tasty choices at breakfast.
One of the reasons I booked the hotel was their spa. Unfortunately, the spa was closed and I did not get the massage I was looking for. That was a bit disappointing.
Like in many places in Indonesia the only alcoholic beverage they serve is beer. Since I am not much of a beer drinker I would have appreciated having other choices (wine, spirits etc. )

I love the pillows! It was thick, soft, and so comfortable. It helped me have a good night's sleep. The table and chair are quite convenient to do some work. The TV cable was nice too.
As for everything else in the room, including the bathroom and the amenities, I have no complaints as I got what I need during my stay here.
Also, the breakfast was pretty good. There's a pretty good selection of foods.
On a particular spot beneath the bed, the floorboard is loose and is easily noticed when I step on it. The AC could be noisy in a specific setup (either AUTO or COOL). However, those two things didn't bother me much.

Comfy big Studio with Microwave, Seating area, 2 TV Screens, HBO working, Good WiFi. Great view.

1 Air Condition Unit did not work (Bedroom).
Bathroom was used as smoking area. Smelled bad. Flooring is damaged and Curtains need to be washed.

the room is adequate for 3 adults and 2 children (4 and 1 years old), the staffs were nice, the pool & rooftop were good, the breakfast was ok, there's also a pantry with microwave where guests can also get eating utensils. unfortunately, the room could be cleaner.
the floor was a bit dirty & sticky, we asked the staff to mop it, it was better but not clean enough. the bathroom sink was not squeaky clean, and it would be great if they had an omelette station at breakfast.

The location is very strategic and nearby to the city center as well as the mall. Breakfast is abit boring, need to improve. Please improve the tea selection too. Room look abit rusty,need to renovate and clean thoroughly.

The room is quite fit for the 3 of us, the bed is comfy, overall is nice. The location of this hotel is so perfect.
The breakfast menu need to be more variated.
