Great location, very clean and cosy. Emilio was very kind and gave us nice suggestions for dinner. Definitely recommend this place.

Exceptional lication: a vacation house in a small lemon tree and orange tree garden... absolutely wonderful. Everything lools astinishing, from the entrance gate to the initumate lovely vacation house we have been accomodated in. It lloks loke in a fairy tale 🙂. Very comfortable location as a center point if you want to see all of the following: Pompei, Herculaneum, Capri, Amalfi.

Shower area is smaller than average, walking to the hotel is difficult, but that is general to the entire town of Sorrento, walking doesn't seem encouraged. Property is near the train track, wasn't a problem for us though

Luxurious and very tastefully furnished. There is a very beautiful and large garden outside.

Shower gel and shampoo should be in dispenser instead of little sachets.

Our one night stay was absolutely perfect. We had a private parking inside the property in an aria with an obvious parking problem. The owner welcomed us and helped us with any info we aked for. The apartment was very spacious and quiet. Breakfast was also very satisfying. I recommend it.

Couldn't fault a thing. A perfect stay from start to finish. Excellent hosts. Beautiful views from private balcony. Everything close by from shops to restaurants.

The 'Garden' room (suite) was equipped for self catering, comfortable and quiet. We were a couple with 2 friends who had rooms in the main house. Our 'appartment' offered somewhere we could come together for evening snacks and chat. The breakfast had good choice and flexible timing in the main house. The rooms in the house both had balconies where we could meet with great views.

The walk into Sorrento was along the main road, very busy and with a need to be very vigilant re traffic. Buses are available, but information on routes and times could be better.

the walk from town is some distance along busy roadway. Did use taxis but pricey and very quite a lot.

No fridge in room! Old well used towels! Only one set of keys! No general waste bin! 25-30mins walk to Piazza Tasso! Busy road with a very narrow pavement to centre ( ok not owners responsibility but for elderly its a very busy road if walking to centre) Lumpy bed mattress in main bedroom and an uncomfortable sofa bed could be laying on steel frame sometimes or felt like it! No general information on property or local taxi/bus services Not many restaurants nearby generally 15- 20 min walk away either direction from property! Near main railway line from Sorrento to Naples

The location is about a beautiful 25 minute walk into the centre and if you have a buggy just be warned the first part of the walk by the Relais has no pavement but be assertive with traffic and it's manageable! The property is gated so feels very private and safe and the owners are fantastic both on site and also throughout the booking process. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast is easily the best we had whilst in Italy. Thank you!

Very nice, clean and comfortable place! Breakfast was delicious, apartment clean and comfortable, good location, owners helpful and friendly. We were able to enjoy the pool outside, that was amazing stay!

Our stay at Emilio's place was great. We loved the garden, lemon trees and the pool.

Unfortunately we had an unpleasant argument with the staff about some benefits of the stay. They claimed that we are not allowed to use the laundry machine in our room even though it was listed in the benefits. Also turned out that they had no bike rental which was also listed.

The place is lovely, the room is beautiful with a stunning view, we love everything about this place, definitely we will stay there again!! Very kind hosts and very good breakfast. Also the place is just 15 min walking to sorrento :)

Very clean and comfortable.

the owner is zero customer service, Emilio was extremely rude with us on a laundry issue. we had the feeling that we were bothering. never come back. the place is far from redtaturants and the way is dangerous as you have to walk on the road.

it’s a 20 mins walk from the city centre which under the heat is difficult, the room did not have a fridge which is important to keep the water cool in the summer

The location was perfect 15 mins to centre of Sorrento and v close to port/restaurants, our room was so clean and pool was an amazing feature! the hosts were so helpful and we had a lovely breakfast, 10/10!

very beautiful clean property in fabulous gardens

small swimming pool with only a few loungers for sunbathing as a paying customer would expect priority but host partner frequently occupied these.

Loved our stay at Ambrosio Relais. Friendly staff and gorgeous property. Good location with only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Sorrento.

Absolutely loved it! Very spacious , huge balcony looking out onto the garden. Had the pool to ourselves. The bed was extremely comfortable. Coffee was amazing ! The owner was lovely and really went out of his way for us!

Breakfast was good with freshly homemade cakes and croissants. Emilio is the best host you can ask for. He went an extra mile to help us with our requests and was very sweet. The property is beyond words and the gardens are very well maintained. Overall a perfect stay for our family in Sorrento.

The road to town was a bit dicey with a pram but that’s just sorrento!!
