There’s nothing be like the picture showed in the booking.com. That was totally different. The room is very tiny with 2 beds. And the washroom was like be never expected. The toilet seat was broken. And the service was very very unprofessional. When we enter in the hotel we can easily smell something really bad like a drug. I would never recommend anyone to go in this hotel.

Blood stains and dried blood on mattress, dirty cramped shared toilets, everything dusty. Stank of stale cigarettes. Didn't stay to sleep in bed in case of possible bed bugs, left within hours of checking in. (Didn't see any but didn't want to risk it.)

Travelled for work and sent a message that I would need to check in late, went to check in and no one was available. I waited 2 hours for staff to check me in with no answer, I called and emailed and had no response before I had to leave for work. I then had to wait 8 hours at night for someone to check me in. And I still had no response, no refund and no apology for the lack of response. Only saving grace was the gentleman who was in early the next day to check me in and move my booking over.
