The guy working there gave us his number and was always available but not very helpful.

Lock wasn't working properly so we used our own. WiFi didn't work. Very difficult to find.

Location was OK for us.

Small family room, awkward with 2 doubles. Little natural light, no outside space. Room was cold and damp. Bed was rock hard and bedding was uncomfortably heavy. The male staff member slept on a sofabed right outside our room which was weird. We booked 4 nights but left after 3 as we were too uncomfortable.

I booked my triple bed 2 room. But give the 1 triple and 1 double room

The cottage was beautiful, wooden ceiling and walls with attractive creative design, the bed was warm and comfortable and the hosts charming, respectful, discrete and very quick to follow up on any request! Location is central to pedestrian centre of Shimla, so there are no traffic noises. It has been a very happy week for me here and I'm grateful to find a beautiful, peaceful retreat for my final week in India with such kind, considerate hosts.

The rooms are very small like matchbox and not clean

Only one good thing about this guest house was that it's located near mall road..

Room and bathroom wasn't clean. Laundry wasn't clean. Overall Bad experience.

They directly refused to check-in, Rooms were not hygiene

They took half of rent in advance, without showing room demanded remaining money
