The location is a bit off. No places to eat around and the nearby beach is definitely a no-go. The ground floor rooms might be noisy in the morning and the mattress was hard, very hard

there were big cockroaches crawling on the bed and they need to transfer us to a new room. this place needs maintenance.

We missed our flight to Boracay and had to make a quick reservation, thankfully this place had availability

We had no hot water, ask someone to fix it and they came up fiddled with it and left. Our AC didn’t work, same thing happened but we were told someone would come by to fix it, they didn’t. The mattress was rock hard, which would have been fine but it seemed to be one thing after another. Leaving the next day so confusing. Had to leave at 4am and we couldn’t figure out how to exit the building. Also no taxis at that time but we’re una me to prebook one. Thankfully we left with plenty of time and made our rescheduled flight
