We really enjoyed our honeymoon in this beautiful place, especially the position. Breakfast at the buffet was pretty good, as the lunch/dinner at the restaurant (you can easily make a reservation at the moment). The room was very nice as the services. The staff is very cheerful.

Very friendly and professional staff, clean comfy room, good room service. In general a very good hotel for its price.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, as all the stuff was slightly undercooked, probably kitchen was in a hurry.

the room was clean. We were provided toiletries, sweets, 2 mini wine bottles and a water bottle which was really nice. Our bed was comfortable. The room was facing the train tracks :( but as we only spent one night, we did not care. It is close to the airport, so that was important to us. The big shopping mall is near by, and so is the train station.

The kids had a pull out couch that was not very stable. Thy also had no blankets, just bed sheets to cover with

The staff is amazing

The location was perfect, so handy to the Oriente station when I arrived in Lisbon. I couldn’t fault anything - the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. And I had glorious views from my room.

Asking for prepay at checkin (instead of checkout). Staff not knowledgeable about immediate area of hotel. Parts of hotel had a unpleasant smell.

Overall great stay. Fast check-in /check-out process. Breakfast is great with a good choice of items. Staff members were always polite and eager to help. Walking distance to Mall and major train/bus/metro station.

The location was in newer Lisbon next to the new train station. There was a large mall and grocery store near by. It was approximately a 15 minute cab ride from the airport. The room was spacious and we had a view of the ocean. Very clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed. The hotel recommended a wonderful location to grab a bite to eat.

Second time in this hotel, after 2 days earlier last week. We felt welcome and enjoyed the quality of the room, the silence in the room, the view from our 12th-floor located room, and - this time - a comfy bed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. As parking has restricted times on this street it was easy to find a space to check in. I loved the location in the neat and pretty former Expo environment. Free PCs are available on the first floor, to do your plane check-in and other reservations. Reception called a taxi at check-out (8:45), and it arrived within minutes.

One issue to arrange is the breakfast space. It was very busy at the time we went (7:45) - there was enough food and good choices. But my favorite tea was gone, and the seats we were sitting on, just outside the breakfast area, were wet.

The staff at the Amelia Lisboa Oriente Hotel are fantastic! They were friendly, professional and accommodating! The hotel is very clean and is well located to the bus and train station.

Nice location. Wonderful and rich breakfast. Perfect view of the river and Vasco de Gama Bridge. I recommend this hotel. If I visit Lisbon next time I will stay here again.

The breakfast selections were great and the coffee maker was easy to use. The bar tender, Gonzalo, was especially nice. All staff were helpful and friendly. Taxis came quickly when called.

The hotel is located close to the train and bus station, but is not close to the town center.

We picked this location because it was close to the bus station and we had an early bus to catch the next morning. It was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs very well. We visited the tourist locations earlier in the day and took an uber to the hotel. It is across the street from a large shopping mall and grocery store. We did have dinner in the restaurant which was a buffet and very nice.

The check in process and reception was great. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We needed to be near Oriente train station so the location was perfect.
