Considero um preço exagerado pelo pequeno almoço, bem como pelo quarto dada a dimensão. Não quer isto dizer que não gostei do hotel.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, was wirklich ruhig war. Es gibt einen Aufdeckservice und im Bad Rituals Produkte. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, Omelette und Egg Benedict konnte man frisch bestellen. Eine große Auswahl an frischem Obst, Brot, Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Käse, Lachs, Cerealien, Eierspeisen, Säften, Sekt - alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es gibt eine wunderschöne Rooftop Terrasse, einen sehr schönen Pool, in dem man auch richtig schwimmen kann, eine Bar. Ich war sehr beeindruckt von dem hervorragend geschulten Personal. Gelebte Hotellerie, keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit!

Aus meiner Sicht war alles perfekt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war morgens am Pool, da fehlten schnell Handtücher.

Great location

Our room was small, but the problem is tiny light in the shower and it slippery, the funky freed stand light was bottom place was detached from the floor and it exposing the floor metal, it dangerous, the belt boy try to fix it but it doesn’t work.

The property was in a great location (for myself & my wife who like walking). It’s downhill to the waterfront with plenty of places like the bairro alto, tram stops, shops along the route. The staff were amazing. So polite and welcoming, helpful if you had any rest any questions or tips where to go. It was my wife’s 30th while we were there and they even treated her to a cake and nice bottle of Portuguese fizz in the room on her birthday. Breakfast buffet was superb - so many tables with different options & also a menu for pancakes, poached eggs etc. The spa is also excellent. I would visit again in a heartbeat!

La propreté de la chambre était le seul inconvénient ! Nous avons passé 4 nuits avec le gâteau de bienvenue sur la table de la chambre ! Nous sommes allés faire des courses et le sac en papier que j'ai laissé sur le sol avec les déchets que nous avons sortis tous les jours est resté là jusqu'au dernier jour. Le toilette sentait la pisse ! On aurait dit qu'il n'avait pas été nettoyé. C'est le seul inconvénient. Quelque chose d'important pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

Excellent hotel in a desirable area of Lisbon. The room was lovely, spotless and well equipped - coffee maker plus a kettle and fridge. And complementary bottled water every day. I requested a room with a bathtub and early check in. Both requests were accommodated and much appreciated. The service was superb across the board and the restaurant ( food and service) was fantastic! Overall a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Emplacement idéal proche d'une station de métro incontournable. Petit déjeuné copieux et varié. Chambre propre et confortable. La piscine Le bar avec de très bons cocktails

Hôtel de très bon standing qui vaut ses 5*. Très joliment décoré pour Noël, ambiance agréable, chambre et literie confortables. Piscine intérieure belle et chaude, sauna et hamam. Bien situé à 10/15mn à pieds du centre, avenue chic avec boutiques de luxe.

Location and atmosphere

Staff is unsophisticated and needs training. Restaurant is not good.

I really enjoyed my stay. the hotel is beautiful comfortable and centrally located. Amenities in the room were tip top. And the restaurant was delicious!

I wish I could have stayed longer.

Friendliness of staff, they can't do enough for you. The hotel is in a brilliant location, ideal for Bairro Alto and other sites of interest like Castelo de Sao Jorge.

The bar drinks and food are overpriced, and you're better off heading to the Bairro Alto/Cais do Sodre for better value.

kind staff, clean room and very good location making possible to do every main attractions by foot.
