La propreté et excellente literie. Petit-déjeuner bon. Cuisine au restaurant bonne.

Air conditionné clairement défectueux. Il souffle un air tempéré. Désagréable ! La nuit n’a pas été bonne tellement il faisait chaud dans les chambres.

Salle de bains.abattant toilettes non fixé.pas de bonde dans le lavabo.dessous de la robinetterie laisse à désirer.drap du dessus souillé. Chambre 404 le 28 janvier avec demande changement pour le 29 au soir.quand on veut faire des économies d’eau revoir la chasse des toilettes qui coule en Permanence avec un bruit très perturbant .Accueil du 28 au soir personne très occupée vautrée dans son siége en train de téléphoner personnellement. Chauffage médiocre dans la chambre 404 avec un radiateur détérioré.Très décevant au regard du prix.

Easy to find, not very expensive, beds were comfortable, no bathroom and toilet to share. Near Dijon centre. Good nights’ sleep to continue journey next day.

We arrived and there was an issue with the booking, they couldn’t find our booking.com confirmation even though we showed confirmation email. We were made to wait and the receptionist didn’t have a clue what to do. (Different guy to the manager) Then the whole saga unfolded. The hotel is advertised as having Airconditioning. The aircon in our first room didn’t work so we went to reception and complained, given another room with the same situation and then given a third. After all of this hassle and clear inconvenience to the manager, the manager stated that the aircon won’t go below 25c as it’s an old building. This is a clear excuse for an old and inadequate system. Bear in mind it was 39c outside that day. Do not stay here if you want to be cool in your room. Complete disgrace from start to finish. In the end we walked out and went to stay at the new holiday inn around the corner. Spend £40 more and go somewhere that values your business and provides what it says it does.
