Location
No AC and window only opens about 2 inches.
Very small room. Had to climb over each other to get out of bed.
Would choose a different hotel next time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was walkable from Earl’s Court station many shop and supermarkets around the area. Have the cleaning lady make up your room every day.
Room was too cold even I wish to lying on bed more but I could not. I’m shivering. Also in the bathroom I can’t sit there long for morning routine because it’s freezing 🥶

Kleines sauberes Zimmer mit kleinem eigenem Bad, perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Sehr nah zur U-Bahn Haltestelle mit vielen Essensoptionen und Supermärkten fußläufig und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.Wlan hat auf dem Zimmer gut funktioniert. Dusche hat einen ordentlichen Wasserdruck

Good location for the Royal Albert Hall. Close to Earls Court underground. Very friendly and quick check in. Room seemed clean and everything worked. Bed was quite comfortable.
Very small room in basement with no space for any sort of table or chair. Steep step down from the toilet and shower room to the bedroom, could cause a nasty fall for an infirm person I think if they forget it's there. This was fine for a one night stay but I don't think I'd stay here for longer

The staff were very friendly; they made my stay even better. The place is a little worn and dated but it was clean. It’s in a fabulous location and I really liked the staff.

very welcoming! and it has a small dining area where we were allowed to have our breakfast. we bought our bread but there was a coffee machine available for us and it was excellent.

Rooms and beds a bit small, not quite equipped for the heat wave when we were there. Although we were provided a fan. But would have been perfect for us if the weather wasn't as warm.

The staff did their best and were friendly enough. However only dealing with 1 taxi firm (who didn't operate on those super hot days) was a drawback. The street was relatively quiet for central London.
Tiny rooms. No aircon, only a window to keep open.

the lady was so accommodating and so helpful. fridge in the room was fab for kids. it was just perfect in every way. also to let us store our luggage so our stay could be even better. just a lovely place and we will be back
