Excelente vista, cómodo, atención súper buena, Excelente ubicación, camas cómodas y la calefacción súper excelente

Todo el servicio del restaurante estaba delicioso. La ubicación no es céntrica, pero está muy cerca todo y fácilmente puedes moverte caminando. En el hotel te prestan bicicletas y tiene un acceso directo a la calle frente al lago en donde se puede pasear muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones muy amplias. El personal es muy amable y con excelente atención.

La temperatura dentro del hotel es muy alta. Tuvimos que dormir con ventanas abiertas por que se sentía mucho calor. Nos hubiera gustado tener un mini refri en la habitación.

Hotel tem ótima localização, fácil acesso ao centro da cidade. O staff muito atencioso e simpático. Foi uma ótima estadia.

Havia barulho de outros quartos, e as camas são boas, mas poderiam ser melhores.

The hotel is not very close to the city center and after visiting El Calafate I have realized it’s better to stay close to the city center If you have a lot of luggage like we did this is not the right hotel for you. Access to rooms is very difficult with too many steps Expensive hotel to stay in during the holidays

The restuarant was good. Once you found the back of hotel for parking and the garden it was good.

Finding the hotel was difficult due to limited front street parking and visibility. Photos of hotel were inside grounds not street frontage so could not find hotel from images. Hotel was hot and hard to manage the temperature.

Very comfortable, large room. Easy walking distance to the center of town. Reception very helpful with booking shuttles and answering questions. Glacier tour picked up at the hotel.

We have no complaints.
