A Step Back in Time (and Not in a Good Way) This hotel seems to be stuck in a time warp, and not in a charming, vintage way. The interior design feels like a bizarre mashup of outdated 90s aesthetics from southern Russia and the Arab Emirates – a combination that's as confusing as it is unappealing. Our arrival at 9 pm was met with the promise of a readily available in-house restaurant, boasting a tempting menu. However, after 20 minutes of patiently waiting, we were informed that our food would take another hour to prepare. Needless to say, we promptly canceled our order. A quick trip to the restaurant's restrooms only added to our disappointment. The facilities were unclean and appeared to be constructed from flimsy, temporary materials. The room itself initially seemed tidy but revealed its true, less-than-pristine state upon closer inspection. It felt more like an escape room than a relaxing retreat. The breakfast buffet was the final straw. Despite being advertised as available until 10 am, the buffet was practically empty by 9:30 am. Overall, this hotel experience was a major letdown. From the outdated decor to the lackluster service and questionable cleanliness, it's safe to say we won't be returning.

Staff are not careful. The hotel, in general, does not meet the level of stars and price. Never will be recommended.

Great location and super rooms, great food

Access to the spa area should be included in the price) it’s not expensive, but it’s humiliating when you find out that you don’t have the right to buy a suite in a hotel, it’s not right. On my last trip with my family in 2022, no one asked to pay for access to the sun loungers by the pool

Smell of room style of room Resturant . The service is slow. Breakfast: no fresh fruit at all (in a land that has fresh fruit in abundance.) No musli, no nuts. The swimming pool: greedy owners charge double extra for a towel and a sunbed No coffee/ tea-facilities in the room The shower is to complicated

Very nice breakfast. Free toothbrush and toothpaste. problem with our TVs was quickly addressed by the staff.

Broken holder for toilet paper, would open accidentally all the time, hurtling my arm with its heavy metal frame . Dirty air vents, broken window ( we couldn’t close it ). The swimming pool is not included in the price. When we sent a child to buy french fries, the waiter didn’t give him the change and kept it to himself, without kid’s permission. Bed for kids in our deluxe suite was impossible to sleep on (pieces of metal frame felt through the mattress). So we had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. Elevator didn’t work half the time. Receptionist wasn’t friendly. No bathtub in deluxe suite, only a shower.
