I Love the hotel but the room has ants all over and the airplanes are flying over the hotel and I was noisy but it wasn’t a big problem I was so tired I still fell asleep ! That’s all Thanks !

Clean with air conditioning

Having to pay 1000 peso in cash as security with no notification on any of my paperwork. Asked about the shuttle to the airport and they failed to tell me it was going to cost 800 pesos, the taxi to get there only cost me 300. Not telling me when I booked in meant I could not organise for a taxi. They are not 5 mins from the airport and are in a really sketchy area. Large sign about pool usage is not adhered to I woke up to squealing to see a male and female playing in the pool at 0100. Charge for bringing food into the hotel. (On the sign about pool hours) While it is clean I will not use them again. Given how far from the airport they are I would rather stay in the city centre and get a cheaper taxi to the airport.

The children enjoyed the pool.

We booked a luxury suite, and the living room looked dirty. We asked the staff to clean, but they claimed it was cleaned. We asked for slippers and they said they were none. We ended having to clean and wear socks around the apartment.

All night activities at swimming pool. No time limit. Noisy..

The pool and the room were nice. Pretty good location as it is close to the airport and restaurants.

Wi-Fi doesn't even reach the room. The staff could've done better with customer service and interaction. Nil suggestions or offers of options to their guests.

no utensils, no drinking glasses.. only 1 single soap for 2 person in 2 single bed. ( executive room) no free coffee.
