The staff is very helpful. The spa is very affordable due to the discounts offered.

the mattress wasn't very comfortable. The AC made a lot of noise, starting & stopping to maintain the set temperature

the only thing i liked about this resort is that it has a private beach and the pool area looks nice too.

The tv in my room went on and turned back off by itself twice when I tried to sleep. and early in the morning before sunrise I woke up and tried to turn on the lights, but it didn’t work. So the next morning I told one of the staff about this when he asked me in the elevator how my stay was. when I told him this he asked for my room number and said he will make a note. so I went to my room to take a nap, shortly after someone knocked on my door, it was the same male staff and he asked me if he could check the tv. so i let him in and instead of checking the tv he started a conversation with me. asking where I’m from and what I do. So i got very uncomfortable and told him I’m trying to take a nap. but he didn’t take the hint and told me that it’s fine and i can have a seat on the bed and make myself comfortable and continued talking about himself and asking more questions. so then I told him i want to sleep and there is no need to check the tv and i want him to leave. this was super uncomfortable and I felt scared since I was there alone as well. I wont go there ever again.

Everything else is poor starting from the bed the mattress was so bad we couldn't sleep at all, bad smell , AC is not calling , cleaning part is so bad , food is medium , I opened the drawers and cabinet I really shocked how dirty it is, my last visit was before 12 years when my daughter borned at that time everything was perfect after sometime they closed for maintenance and as I remember it was published in the news that that paid almost 70 million for renovations so when I visited last time it was so bad I hope u can change because u r in Sharjah which means u should best of the best

The facilities not matching with the price, no activities, the location is very nice and need more attractions

The hotel is very well positioned on the beach with stunning views across the bay and the mountains. The rooms were dated however very clean suited my purpose to attend a triathlon event. I will come back with my family next year.

Hotel is getting quite dated in terms of decore and styling. The price is slightly higher than I would normally pay for an aging hotel such as this but the location, staff and cleanliness made up for this.
