Richard is a wonderful host and his property is perfect for an overnight stay close to Liverpool airport

Richard was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. Room was nice and clean and had clean towels, spare pillow and blanket if needed. Was quite warm weather so I can't say if the room would be warm during colder weather but it was nice and cosy while I was there. Location is less than five mins walk from JLA, ideal if you're stopping over or going to a match. 500 and 86 buses go to and from JLA and Liverpool, about half an hour each way for about £2 each.

No tv available in the room which was fine for me as I was only staying overnight but others may want to bring a laptop or tablet if you plan on spending some time there.

It's located at a very short walking distance from the airport , perfect if you have a flight to catch early in the morning. The room is nice and tidy and the owner is super friendly . It was a joy to stay here .

Everything was 10/10 , Richard is a great human beeing person. Ive rate him and my visit 10/10.

My stay, although short, was very pleasant as Richard was really welcoming and accommodating. The room was perfectly clean and I had everything I needed. The location is ideal for anyone flying in or out of the airport. Without hesitation, I would recommend staying here.

I am usually a little lazy writing reviews; well-intentioned but never quite getting around to it! However, I felt on this occasion that I should share my very positive experience. My host, Richard, could not have done anything more to make me feel comfortable and at home. I stayed for 3 nights which is longer than most guests as I was not using the airport. Every home comfort was available and I enjoyed my chats with Richard. He even went out of his way to give me a lift in his car on 2 occasions. Thank you Richard for the kind hospitality you showed to me whilst staying in your lovely home.

The hospitality and comfort! You couldn‘t have a better night‘s sleep before a flight out. The accommodation offered a lot more than I ever expected, starting from a warm greeting and a cup of tea and a very restful nights sleep in a comfy bed. Thank you so much and all the best for the future!
