The room was perfect really big and the bed very comfortable. Every day they refilled water and biscuits in the room :P The staff was really nice and friendly specially Gerardo who gave us some advice about places to see and eat Breakfast was amazing.

We really appreciated the location of the hotel, the decor, comfortable beds and marvellous furnishings. The building was beautifully restored and maintained.

In the middle of old town Las Palmas, stylish modernized building, bubbly staff, excellent bf with fresh fruits, croissants and delicious home made cheese cake! We stayed in one ot two suites on the top with a wonderful view ot cathedral.

Only miner minus is the absence of Kleenex in the room

Highly appreciated the striking colonial style architecture of the building. The interior decoration is stylish, both authentic and modern and includes some beautiful pieces of art, which makes it particularly pleasant to wander around. Special mention of the beautiful common patio which is bathed in natural light and creates a peaceful feeling as soon as we enter the building. The room was quiet, spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities (including a very nice balcony). The bedding is remarkably comfortable! The location of the hotel, in the heart of the historic area of the city, only a few metres from the cathedral, is great. Breakfast was excellent. The buffet was not gargantuan (and so much better that way!) but included plenty of good products (fresh fruits, a window full of homemade cakes...etc.). Yummy! The staff are very friendly and attentive. Some of them do not speak English very well (or at all), which makes communication difficult at some times, but it is still pleasant and has the merit of making us practice our Spanish :) In short, I highly recommend !

this place is beautiful the space and art were wonderful - breakfast was yummy - relaxing -welcoming and they made you feel nothing was to much trouble- the rooms were comfortable with everything you needed as well as luxury toiletries for your use, every detail was exceptional

The ambience..and so tastefully decorated .The room was spotless and spacious. We were so well looked after from the moment we arrived to leaving.And Miriam, she is just the best!!!

There was nothing at all to dislike. This was our second time there, so that says it all!

The room was spacious and superbly kitted out. the bed was super comfy. The courtyard reception is spectacular and the breakfast is to die for.

This exceptional place is an oasis to relax. The very moment I entered the door, the splashing of a fountain, smooth music, a coffee and most motivated staff did welcome me. My room was perfect, modern and very clean. The whole house is packed with art and an inspiration in itself. A small rooftop bar allowed self service at all times. The breakfast was outstanding. They offer a birthday package, which is a nice surprise. This place will stay in my memories for long.

Great location, an oase in the city center. We had a large suite Nr. 07 on the first floor for four days stay. Great old building very attractive renovated with the tasteful modern interior. Pleasant roof top terrace. Breakfast rooms very cozy with nice charms. Very friendly and professional staff. Thanks to Fernando and Lucia, who made our stay so enjoyable.

Breakfast on Christmas Day was good. Second Christmas day a little less good, less toppings for the bread.

The staff is very friendly and you feel like you are at the best place in the world when staying there. It's exclusive without being expensive. The building is beautiful with marvellous art works everywhere. The room is very big and comfy. I liked the setting and everything was great. The breakfast was also very good.

Nothing could have been better.

A superb location in the heart of the old town. A high quality internal decor with a strong relaxed artistic atmosphere. Super efficient friendly staff. A broad range of quality food at breakfast, and throughout the day and early evening on request. The staff were truly exceptional.

The one thing that could be improved is the quality of the loungers and chairs for outdoor use.

Very central (a few seconds walk from the cathedral) and with the kindest and most cheerful staff ever (not to be missed: the homemade cakes for breakfast!)

Great location. Nice historic building full of art. Spacious suites. Nice roof-top terrace with self-service bar.

Soundproofing was quite poor and as our suite was at the street level, it was really very difficult to sleep. There were cars, motorcycles and mopeds driving by virtually 2-3 meters from our bed throughout the night. Would definitively recommend booking a suite on upper floors, preferably the roof-top apartments.

A wonderful place, great location among beautiful architecture and bars. Delicious cuisine. A very comfortable apartment. Charming and caring staff. We'll be back soon!

The staff were all incredibly lovely, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is up there with the best I've ever had- so fresh, made to order and so tasty! The hotel is perfectly situated to explore all of the city, but especially perfect for being in the historic Vegueta area, such a lovely place to explore.
