It would have been nice to have a standard lamp or up lighter in sitting room, so overhead light was not needed.

Good location for walking to cathedral and Quays. Quiet area. On street parking in road if available, but beware if there is no space, there is very limited street parking in the immediate vicinity outside evenings and weekends but there is a car park not far away. The apartment is primarily set up for two pax - seating, dining space etc, although there is a sofa bed which we used one night only for temporary extra person. Nice touches of milk, chocolates, coffee, tea, sugar and info sheets, but fridge is very small if you are there long-term. Good heating system.

Front bedroom curtains don't close properly as net curtains are on same runner. There is a cupboard in the front bedroom but only very tiny dressing table drawers for unpacking. Upstairs neighbour's movements are quite audible but of course will vary according to individual guest. Bath/tap water temperature very warm rather than hot.

Location was good.

The sofa bed was vile and uncomfortable. It had stains all over the mattress. The bathroom was mouldy. There was a dirty glass in the kitchen. The whole place was dusty.

Great location - short walk to the Cathedral and Town Centre and Exeter Quays.

You can hear every noise from the apartment above and both your windows for the apartment are hard against pathways where people walk so I certainly didn't feel safe to open my bedroom window.

This apartment made my trip unforgettable..I have to give special thanks to Victoria Pollard, she was very helpful through out my stay, she made my stay one of the best stays ever and the speed of her feedback and reply to my queries was exceptional and quick. This location was spot on, it was close to the center and to all attractions, every thing was within a walking distance. The apartment was clean and we had every thing that is needed like amenities,kitchen ware and pots. They even kept milk in the ref and chocolates for us as a welcoming gesture.. The bathroom was clean and spot less, toiletries were given and towels available beside soap, shampoo and shower gel which made our stay even better. Really appreciate the efforts

It’s a residential area so parking not guaranteed but we managed to park outside the property all the time.

Parking was not as expected (in the street in front of the property). Although nearby parking was quite easy within a 10 min walk, I had to park in the street had to keep moving my car during the day. The fittings were poor quality Eg the shower head didn’t fit into the slider rail and kept falling out during showering. The most annoying things was that the cooker failed 2/3 times while I was trying to cook my evening meal. The host did respond quickly, an electrician called but was not able to fix the appliance. There were perfumed sprays throughout the house which I didn’t like.
