The location is good. I guess you get what you pay for :)

Maybe if you’re on a super tight budget this is the place for you, but for me 1 night was enough. The dorms/bathrooms kind of feel like your in prison, often there was no toilet paper and it was not clean. The whole place smelled like sewage when I was there.

So dirty. It's ok if you are 20, you don't shower and you are looking for the cheapest. Spider web all over, bathroom smells like hell, the kitchen was without soap all time time, people were loud until 2 am...

The staff was very friendly and tried to help with any questions I had.

There was no mosquito net for the bed and even though they gave me one when I asked for it, it was not possible to hang it over the bed, so I got bitten a lot. The biggest problem was cleanliness. Toilets, showers and kitchen should be cleaned much more often.

The staff was so nice. And the price was very cheap.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not cleaned when i came and the room was moldy. But there are other rooms, maybe it was bad luck.

Nice kitchen, nice area to hang out in the hammocks, for this price absolutely unbeatable!

They could maybe clean their ceilings but besides that it's definitely not a bad place to stay (especially for that price!), its a little walk to the beach but if you don't expect beach front property you will be fine ☺️

Lots of times no water Shower curtain and shower infested with biting ants. Bedroom infested with ant trails on first night needed to bug spray room perimiter. Smell of sewerage in outside seating areas Kitchen ill equipt and not very clean Pillows were like chewed up wetsuits Far better options for the price Our least favorite in 5 months travel and the most expensive

Wendy is a lady who runs the hostel on her own 7 days a week 24 hours a day. always smiling always willing to help.

I booked a private room but there was no lock for the door. there was a toilet but the toilet seat was missing. Again there was no lock for the door. i asked for a different room to allow the staff some time to repair the lock and the toilet seat. I paid extra money because the other room was more expensive. after 4 days nothing had changed. I asked to cancel the remaining 2 days on my reservation. but the owner didn’t agree with me and we didn’t find a solution that worked for us both.

Great value. Wendi is very kind and helpful. The dorm room was spacious with the biggest lockers I’ve seen (though only 2 for 5 beds, but luckily I was the only person in the room). The outdoor area is really nice. Lots of places to sit, lots of outlets.

No handle on the shower valve. There was a very big roach in the room, which I’m not too squeamish about, but others might be.

The staff - Wendy is the best.

It's okay for that price and location but if you're looking for something more comfortable, better check it twice.

People are right. The place is not clean. Saw a big cockroach and lots of spider webs in the bathroom. People somehow left their leftover in the kitchen exposed by the heat and made a smell. Not only the leftover, the whole kitchen just doesn't make me feel like cooking. Rice and rubbish were in my locker when I arrived. In those two days I spent most of the time in the hostel and didn't see them cleaning the shared dorm / bathroom. (Only swept in the room a bit).

I stayed one night in the dorm. Room is clean and including fan so you don’t get too hot in the night. Staffs are very kind. There are also place to cooking and dry clothes Location was also perfect.
