The location of the hotel perfect.

I am not happy with room, there is bad smell in the room and sink sometimes flood with water also there not enough light in the room. The staffs that i meet it in the morning is not friendly and not helpful.

Location, good value for money and excellent staff. Glenn on reception great sense of humour and professional and Riyda in the Beaujolais is legend There have been a lot of noticeable improvements including the beds (which no longer attack your ankles) and a number of F@B initiatives

Great hotel for an affordable price. Location top notch, great options to commute (local bus stops nearby). Cozy and comfy room, clean sheets, personel always on top of their game, with any reasonable request completed within minutes. Good breakfast - plenty of options. all facilities as good as they can be. Swimming pool nice, gym as well. Good opening hours (gym 24/7)

The hotel despite the location and general view could use some refreshment, but overall nothing bad

Really outdated and dirty room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and outdated. No parking available. Its claimed to be a 5 star hotel but should not be more than 2 star

The location of the hotel is fine. Workers are extremely good. I am not sure about the cleanness in terms of the bathrobes we received.

Also keep in mind if you are booking with a child the breakfast is not included for your child. It is not mentioned anywhere and we didn’t have problems with other hotels before regarding this issue but in this one the rules are different.

Fabulous views of the city in three directions, comfortable beds, clean room, outdoor pool a good size, hot sauna, amazing breakfast. Easy bus to the airport (talk to reception, we had bus tickets we bought at the bus station when we arrived from Dubai).

Breakfast has a great variety of hot and cold foods and a good selection of hot and cold drinks. Beach towels provided at pool.

Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel were provided for a double room. After asking we were given 2 extra towels.
