Really cozy place with friendly staff, where I will stay again if I visit Puebla again. Room and bed were so big and clean, so it definitely should cost more! The room has a small kitchen, so it's good for a long staying as well.

The Door policy.

Hostalgia is conveniently located in the barrio viejo amongst antique shops and restaurants. It is walkable to all Centro sites. The local bus line is a block away, as is the Sunday Market. The staff was very helpful, ordered taxis and pizza for us, and arranged laundry pickup. The room was simple but comfortable. Excellent internet. Showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was warm. They provide extra blankets and towels at your request. Soap, shampoo and lotion is provided. There is a well-equipped kitchen available for you to store or cook food. Our room was very quiet at night.

No drinking water on site, but there is a shop 3 doors down to buy drinks and snacks. Our room did not have a closet, but had enough tables to put suitcases on, and a coat tree to hang jackets.

dirty bedsheets, dust and hair everywhere there is a kitchen but absolutely useless as nothing there except microwave and cupboards, no fridge , no cutlery The biggest disadvantage is that the front door are closed at 6pm ( sometimes earlier ) and to get in you need to call them .

You do not get your own key to enter the complex; you have to wait outside until someone lets you in. I was there in November and my room was quite cold (room was not heated)

The accomodation was very good, it fulfilled our needs for one night. It has its own private parking and very close to the center - just few minutes walking. The room was calm and big enough.

Clean basic hotel in an old historical building. Good location in the historical center, one block from the city tour buses and the tram and tour bus to Cholula. Easy walking distance to the Zocalo, shopping, and many tourist sites. Excellent Wifi. Friendly helpful staff. Front desk staffed 24/7. Less than $10 USD per night, including tax, for a private room with private bath.

The water in the shower was ice cold. Rooftop terrace with a view, but no seating. Kitchenette had microwave and sink, but no fridge, coffee maker, dishes, or anything else you usually find in a kitchenette. Water in the kitchen and bath was turned off twice during my stay.

Room was huge for the price, big bed, microwave in the room and great water pressure. Best value for money in Puebla

All is good, the fact that the door is always locked and you have to wait to be let in sucks, but the staff are always quick to get the door when you knock!

Fantastic rooms with super comfy beds (in the rooms with double beds/queen/king). The location is absolutely perfect too for bus line, and proximity to main attractions Staff were so lovely and accommodating

I had a nice room with two huge beds with the most comfortable mattress. Lots of space, nice details like toiletries in a Mexican bag made you feel welcome. Location couldn't be better. In a safe space with guard 24 hours. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Portofirio from reception. Would always choose to stay here again !!
