The KYRIAD DIRECT REIMS BEZANNES is located a 10-minutes drive from the city centre of Reims, the Cathedrale, the Congress Center and the TGV Champagne-Ardenne station. The hotel was totally renoved in June 2020 with the new beds 4* and TV 40".

Excellent value for money, friendly staff, cheap breakfast by hotel standards, close to motorway.

Dans l'ordre : la place de parking, enfin de l'espace pour se garer et entourée de verdure en plus ; l'accueil très sympathique et toujours souriant, discret et disponible ; dans la chambre, un très bel espace tv, grand écran et joliment mis en valeur ; la literie impeccable ; salle de bain petite mais suffisante ; après une bonne nuit un très bon petit-déjeuner avec du choix dans les boissons comme pour les aliments, excellent café expresso.

Easy to find off motorway. Outside Reims clean air zone. Easy, free, off-road parking. Handy overnight stop. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Clean room, adequate size. TV. Free WiFi. Good for a budget hotel.
My only minor dislike was the bed because it slightly dipped in the middle (despite that, I slept well!).

La propreté de la chambre. Le rangement avec cintres et dépose-bagage. L'aménagement général de l'espace. Le confort de la literie. Le parking. L'accueil exemplaire à la réception !
Le bruit de la rue... mais Kyriad ne pourra pas y changer grand chose. Le bruit des canalisations d'eau qui se répercute dans les chambres dès que quelqu'un ouvre un robinet.

Easy parking. Comfortable bed. Receptionist very helpful.
The shower room was unbelievably small. Anyone over a UK 16 would not be able to squeeze into the space between the shower and the toilet.

The room was very clean and confortable.
I called to request for an early booking which was granted to me.
The breakfast was yummy with warm croissants and bread.
I was also allowed an extra 1h for the check-out free of charge.
The location was perfect and the staff extremely helpful + outstanding

Good size bedroom and bathroom in good condition. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Plenty of parking. Reception spoke good English. Driving distance to Restaurants. Basic breakfast but at the right price. Overall very good value for money.

Salon, who runs the hotel , was not only excellent but a lifesaver. I tested positive for Covid while there and he helped me get breakfast in my room, helped me with my train & taxi reservations, all while keeping his staff & other customers safe.
Kyriad Direct WiFi barely functions. It doesn’t at all in the guest rooms. Salon showed me the other hotel WiFi which does work in the rooms.

I was delayed in arriving and rang the hotel to let them know- in the event, no problem and the receptionist was helpful and friendly…and spoke better English than me!
