Excellent location. Nice room.

Noise from the street was significant with building work across from the front of the hotel starting at 6am. Sound proofing between rooms was not great as I could hear everything from next door and I mean everything. Also found hairs on the bath and dust on the coffee tray with a cup that hadn't been rinsed properly. The toilet cistern in my room wouldn't flush properly. Also, the toilet is far too close to the bath to the extent that you can barely sit properly on the seat making it very uncomfortable.

Fantastische locatie. Vlakbij metrostation Tottenham Court Road. Soho en Chinatown om de hoek. Klantenservice via Whatsapp is lastig bereikbaar en niet hulpvaardig.

Geen receptie, enorm kleine bedden. Geluidsoverlast vanaf kwart voor 6 in de ochtend door leveranciers van de pub. Daar is niet doorheen te slapen. Ook geluidsoverlast 's avonds tot 22.00 van de pub.

It was modern clean good location

Lacked the usual warm welcome feel of a hotel reception. There was a desk and a nice member of staff there to assist clients during switchover period to what will be a digital online setup. Not sure how you would cope if you didn’t have a smart phone or it was stolen/broken . Any problems you are expected to address via WhatsApp which always struggled to find my reservation

Perfect location at the heart of London and close to Regent Park. Good value for money while the room was pretty small.

They changed cleaning policy and did not clean our room for 5 nights. They removed little attentions such as cookies and newspaper in the entrance.

First room was too small to even breathe in and smelt of damp and mould. After a day is smelled strongly of sewage. We asked to be changed. Second room was a better size and no smell but there was dust and someones hair left all around

We were very happy with the size of the room, it sounded like it would be small but the ceilings were nice and high and it felt spacious. There was hanging space, a comfy chair, coffee facilities, and tall windows that looked out to the streetscape. The location was great, easy to walk to multiple tube stations and whilst a fairly busy street we didn't notice any road noise when heading off to sleep.

Typing in the pin to access the room was a bit of a faff, but once I had memorised the pin it was actually better than having a key card. The shower was a little tight for my husband (who is 6ft 4).

superb Location, we were able to walk for most of our sightseeing, nice room, incredibly friendly staff (especially Hassan!), great bakery next door, great interior design of the room and hotel

all in all this was a Great place to stay. our bath tub was clogged the first night and the hotel immediately took care of it. some points could be improved though: for the price of the room you expect certain amenities: a fridge, storage space in the bathroom, a bin in the room. we only had house keeping once (we stayed 5 days, they only offer house keeping every third night) and I think every two days would’ve been better, no complementary water (you can buy some in the entrance for 4 pounds I believe)

The location was great. The person who checked us out was very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were nice.

The person who checked us in barely looked at us or spoke to us. The two blinds in the room were broken and could not be rolled up. The radiator was on - in June! The room was tiny. I just feel that it was very expensive for what you get. Next time I will just book the Travelodge.

Perfect hotel for staying for a few days. Great location, a clean room, and a comfortable bed. The room was small but very ergonomic and cozy. As a bonus, there were my favorite shampoo and conditioner brand :)

Good cafe next door. Free papers in reception. Room quite small but everything was there and the location was perfect for us, next to the British Museum and near the Aldwych. We might come back.
