The hotel is great, kind staff, amazing breakfast. Restaurant is too conceptual, but you can find great alternatives nearby. The hotel also suggests nice restaurants.

AC pipes noise every night, staff couldn't fix it and pretended it was fixed. Avoid room 412 if you can.

Zimmer sehr klein und könnte etwas farbiger sein. Stumpf im Vergleich zu Lobbybereich, wenig Wohlfühleffekt. am Frühstück fehlte frisches Obst, z.B. fürs Müsli, es gab nur Orange und Grapefuit, ausserdem ist es eine Frechheit, dass man bei 28.- noch zusätzlich für Egg Benedict etc zahlen muss

El hotel es muy bonito, moderno, elegante. La amabilidad del personal en general. La limpieza increíble el mejor hotel en el que estado en cuanto a limpieza. La cama súper confortable, la habitación súper espaciosa y bonita al igual que el baño. La localización esta como 1,5 km del centro muy buen paseo.

El desayuno muy bueno en cuanto a producto pero algo flojo en cuanto a variedad.

My second stay at this wonderful hotel. Great location above the museum quarter with a local feel.

Unfortunately the bar and restaurant is closed on Mondays.

Very clean and cozy

What an amazing hotel room! We had a separate living area equipped with a record player with records. We also had a lovely terrace to sit and unwind after a long day of walking the city. The room gave off a 60's vibe which was really nice. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing seemed too much of an ask. We had guests come around for drinks and snacks and were able to get extra glasses, plates and bowels. It felt as if I was hosting in my own home. The breakfast was delicious with an amazing spread each morning. The hotel decor had a lot of greenery which was a welcoming feel when you are in the heart of a city.

Excellent breakfast with a huge choice of things to eat. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and looked after us really well. The rooms were very clean and modern and the beds very comfortable. The location was great, only a few minutes to many of the main attractions we wanted to see, and a tram and metro still 2 minutes walk away as well.

- The interior design of the lobby was beautiful and the facilities were really nice. - The breakfast buffet was great. - The location was perfect. - The staff was very friendly and helpful.

- The safe in the room didn't open with the correct code, staff told us that this tends to happen. - The TV wasn't tuned, only option was Netflix (which was fine for us). - We had to order coffee for breakfast from the waiting staff who seemed a little overwhelmed on the weekend. - Hotel doesn't have its own parking garage.

Excellent location in the museums quarter, lots of good food places nearby and a local shop (Spar). The room was great and well sized for Vienna.

The breakfast was a little lacking. Some reviews here mention a menu to order from, this wasn't the case for us. There was only a small breakfast buffet which wasn't worth the extra cost.
