No water on room, had to use a public toilet. No towel at the pool, could not use the pool. Could not take a shower. You call the reception they say hold on and hang up on your face. They ask for gratuity everywhere.

It was a great location with awesome staff. The hotel is 47 years old so it was built back when the best locations were available.

The property was extremely dated and moderately maintained.

The beach was absolutely beautiful! The breakfast was always great!

The room would get hot at night, my room had plumbing issues and had to be moved to another room. Requested help with plumbing issue five times. Waited in the lobby (which was hot) for 4 hours for an available room. Restaurants were not all opened as advertised. When I initially checked into the hotel they did not mention some restaurants requires a reservation, so we were not able to eat at the Mexican restaurant.

Someone stole my GoPro inside the property when my daughter were distracted at event by the pool, the security didn’t do anything at the moment when I notified them, they lost too much time to check the cameras, I lost all my memories that was recorded, terrible experience. Krystal Cancun don’t hold themselves accountable and wouldn’t feel safe going back again.

first we got there you send me a message stay in the room 3 persons 4 one I will need to pay extension room ..that I did pay extra ppl we were 4 in one little room didn’t give me the extension..I had to sleep in the sofa very uncomfortable…bathroom door was lock took 1/2 hour to open ..they even give us attitude because I was calling then to unlock the bathroom…so I ended paying almost 1,000$…for a room for 2

not worth the amount spent. the food was not good and the rooms were dirty and bedding not changed had blood stains on sheets and bathroom water was very bad and always cold water. property needs to be updated or price lowered. reminded me of a bad motel.

everything! the only thing nice in the hotel is the lobby and the size of the room, but the whole facility and room are OLD! smells old, bed is too hard, my back hurts when I woke up, pillows are cheap, bathroom is old has a lot of chips. it doesn’t deserve the 5 star they are claiming. And the staff, OMG! esp the staff in the check in counter. they are so slow, everything is manual. Then I book 2 rooms, 2 of our friends’ flight got cancelled had to fly the next day, I explained this one to the front desk, she ask me: so who is staying on the other room, this is the first time I was asked this question, i already paid for the rooms, why they asking me this, its already up to us who is staying who on the room, if we are going to use it or not. And the all inclusive, on booking.com website, it said all inclusive that is why i choose it, weeks before leaving i found out that I did not book all inclusive, so i ask how much is the all inclusive booking.com said is $75 per person, but I called the hotel they told me $60 (i even repeat what she said, she said $60) then when we came to the hotel the rate change to $95, my friends and I said its fine, i was about to pay she told me to pay it tomorrow since we are doing it tomorrow. the nx day came, i was about to pay again they told I could not do it cause the rule is we need to stay 2 more days for the all inclusive, i was shock with this, no one told me about this, if somebody did, i will not have book this old, tourist trap hotel.

The food and service in the la carte restaurants was horrible. A faulty bracelet fell off multiple times and they insisted on charging 100usd. My bathroom was crawling with bugs and after swapping rooms the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking and maintenance didn’t even bother to show up.
