The owner is a kind and responsive person and communication with him is good. Note that the car park is not very big and once it is full you will have to park your vehicle outside. The location is good, but for guests with a car. I have no idea how the public transport is like stops and time to the city center.

In the room under the bed there was an empty coke bottle that was not thrown away. It would be good to pay a little more attention to cleanliness. That's all - good for the money.

The pension is immaculately clean and tidy and that is the most important thing for us when choosing accommodation. The bedding is white and fragrant. The family room with an external bathroom we booked is actually two rooms, one of which is a triple and the other a single room. This surprised us a little because it was not indicated anywhere, but it did not create any difficulties for us. The rooms are not large, but they are quite enough for a rest after a day spent walking around the city and for an overnight stay. One room has a fridge and kettle, glasses and cups. The bathroom is neat and clean. We knew we needed to bring our own shower gels and shampoos as they are not on the content list. The owner is kind and speaks good English. He gave us all the necessary information. Although we arrived by car, we left it in a secure car park in the courtyard of the pension and used public transport which works great in Budapest. The pension is well connected by train to the city center and the station is located very close to the pension. There is a vending machine on it where you can buy tickets. We did not have breakfast at the pension. For us, Irisz panzio was great value for money.

Train station was very close, we got to the centre in about 25 minutes. Room was big enough, clean, comfortable, even a kettle and a small fridge was there.

The owner was the only Hungarian that has a smile on his face. The location is 3min walk from the train H5 that you can use to the center station Betthyany and leave the car at secure parking in hotel. Owner also brought a bottles of vine for new year into the room for celebration.

The room was a little tight and therefore the closet is small, but it is ok for this budget. Also, the bathroom is private but across the hall so you need to dress up in case if someone see you.

i really liked the trees and green hedges in front of my window. I booked the smallest room, which was 15m2. big enough. bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet because of the little garden in front of my room. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and shower worked very well. The room was well heated ( i was there in Novmber). The stuff was friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast but they provided me plate and knife for the room. Little Tesco Supermarket and public transport stop 3 min away, Price of 28 Euro per night is a very good deal!

Depending on what you want to do in Budapest, the location could be a little far away from the citycenter. But Public Transport is very close anyway.

Cleanliness and hygiene

Everthing was okay. Hotel is really close to tram which is a best transport to Budapest centrum. Very friendly service. Silent and cosy hotel.

It was a great stay. The location is perfect, close to a train stop to the city, you can park there your car and there are many shops where you can grab something to eat. The owner is very nice as well.
