Platanias (area) is not my favourite place as it's pretty busy/crazy, but if you're going to stay there, this hotel is excellent in giving you a private vibe. Quiet, pool is great, there is parking, (selfishly) I got a room right overlooking the beach, but probably the best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are amazing, especially the front desk was very kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

studio with seaview had really good seaview in our room. 2nd floor and we could watch the sunrise about 6 am. Reception was really helpful (even though we did not need any assistance). The bed was not soft, but for our opinion it was awesome

restaurants staff did not say a word to us when we walked across the bar every day. On the last day there was some black ash or something on the balcony floor and on our towels and swimming suits drying there. Think it came from the pizza ovens chimney which was next to our balcony. Two times we found some bug on the toilet floor. Sunbeds near pool were taken by some people every day from 7:30=>20:00. We only used the for on only one hour in a week.

The location is great and the facility is as described in the web. The staff is very friendly and they are ready to assist you. My room was awesome, with view to the swimming pool and beach. The beach is very nice and I enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was very good.

The internet connection in my room was weak, in other locations of the facility was very good but not in my room.

The location was very good. All of the hotel rooms and surrounding facilities were really clen.

Some staff were a little quiet. A couple of meals were not as good as expected

The location was just near the street with restaurants and shops, and also the building i was in was just neat the pool and beach. The lady at the reception was very helpful and nice with any topic i had. In the day before i left i found a nice dog made of towel. For me it was a bit weird that the toilet was in one room, the shower in another and the sink was on the hallway, but i got used with it. i wish Booking.com would allow more than 4 photos so that i could add also the photo of the nice towel dog.

The beach chairs behind the restaurant were with pay. it wasn’t much but it would have been nice to be included. (it was 4euro per chair)

Bed was dreadful! It was like sleeping on a church door.

This is a great hotel. Modern and clean. We had an apartment overlooking the pool/beach. It was spacious and cleaned every day. Staff were friendly. Didn't have the breakfast. Had lunch and dinner and the food was really good with the dining tables close to the beach. Good sized pool as well.

There is not so many sunbeds around the pool, could probably do with a few more. This is also an open stretch of beach and so when its gets windy the sea is a little rough for swimming. It is not a typical Greek resort, the strip is the main road which is where the majority of bars and restaurants are. There are a few on the beach.

Clean and large room

Sea view was rather symbolic, the welcome rather cold at the reception desk, the design of the rooms is poor (except for bathroom)

Stayed at Erato for one week. Great location, right on the beach. Adults only, so no kids :) Helpful and attentive staff. Our room was one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Very nice large room, with balconies in both ends, one facing the sea, one facing inland. Good beds. Cleaning every day, including the dishes.

Almost no sunbeds by the pool, and very small pool area. Sunbeds on the beach cost extra, 4 Euros pr. day pr. bed. Not impressed by quality of food and drinks at the beachbar. Wifi was rubbish, all to slow, even when just using the phone. Breakfast: Don't pay for it. Just continental breakfast with one kind of ham, one kind of cheese, strawberry jam, dry bread, orange juice not fresh. Eggs and ham (not bacon). Egg variety changed every day, scrambled eggs, omelette or fried. Unfortunately the scrambled eggs and the omelette were fried completely dry, even burned, and tasted nothing.

I had a great time, the staff was very friendly, the food was amazing, our room was super clean. Totally worth it. I will visit it again for sure.!!

Stopped here for one week as a party of 4, Elanora behind reception could not do enough to help us, always cheery, happy to help and solved a lot of problems we stumbled upon, Nick who serves breakfast also helped a lot, top staff, top holiday, highly recommend. 10/10

The bed could have been comfier, but other than that I cannot fault the place, if you want value for money and service with a smile, get your holiday booked here asap. Fantastic stay.

Staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to assist.

Missing small touches like shampoo/body wash. Breakfast not included. Position is extremely close to other hotel complexes. The private beach is not so private, other hotels immediately next to this one also have a private beach, but nothing to separate them.

The room was so nice and house keeping was done everyday. Aircon worked great. Location really good and the swimming pool is so nice
